Poor adaptability management of young buds requires fine winter planting of Lentinus edodes to prevent mushroom bud wilting
Lentinus edodes young buds have poor adaptability, if the management is out of control, mushroom buds will wilt and die. So how to prevent the young bud from dying?
Lentinus edodes
1. Control the temperature to prevent freezing to death: shiitake mushrooms enter the winter, often encounter cold spell. When the temperature drops below 5 ℃ and lasts for several days, the young buds will freeze to death, showing that the mushroom buds are soft. After the occurrence of young buds in winter, we should pay attention to the weather forecast to prevent them from freezing to death. When the temperature is below 5 ℃, the fire path should be taken to heat up the buds.
two。 Control the temperature to prevent dry death: the winter climate is dry, the general air relative humidity is about 40%, which is easy to cause young buds to dry to death. Dry young buds become "hard nails". To prevent young buds from drying to death, you can sprinkle water on the floor of the shiitake mushroom shed or put water vapor into the shed to increase the relative humidity of the air.
3. Control ventilation to prevent mushroom death: in the bud stage, the young buds should not be blown directly by the wind, otherwise the water on the surface of the mushroom body evaporates too quickly, resulting in excessive water loss, too long time and death. In the young bud growth period, cover the greenhouse film, when the need for ventilation, in windless weather, uncover the film for ventilation in a short time, and timely cover the film to moisturize.
4. Control gas damage, prevent poison: heating up in the greenhouse in winter, the burning gas is easy to cause young bud carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide poisoning. When heating in the mushroom shed, the fire pass through the chimney to discharge the waste smoke out of the mushroom shed; the greenhouse should be regularly ventilated to discharge harmful gases.
5. Control the temperature scale to prevent roasting to death: when urging flowers, the heating is too high, often the whole batch of young mushrooms will be roasted to death. The highest temperature of mushroom bud growth is 20 ℃. During flowering, the temperature should not rise too high, and the time should be short. At the same time, strengthen ventilation and dehumidification.
Among the five phenomena that cause the death of young buds of Lentinus edodes, some are related to each other. Therefore, in the management, it is necessary to regulate the environmental factors such as temperature, light, humidity and gas to make the young buds grow healthily.
