Planting parsley in winter is easy to be infected with mosaic virus, coriander appears yellow mosaic, heart leaf is the most serious, and it will cause serious dwarfing of parsley, no new roots, no new leaves, longer and smaller, and finally wither and die. Parsley mosaic disease mainly depends on aphids transmission, winter aphids are serious damage, so parsley is easy to infection, and will spread rapidly, resulting in a large area of infection. The prevention and control measures of parsley mosaic disease are as follows:

Parsley mosaic disease

First of all, the seeds should be sterilized. When sowing, the coriander seeds are soaked in 800 times 50% chlorobromoisocyanuric acid aqueous solution for 2-3 hours to kill the virus lurking inside the coriander seeds, remove and wash them, drain the water, and then sow. In this way, the seedlings formed after coriander seed germination are not easy to be infected with mosaic virus.

Secondly, timely prevention and control of aphids. After the coriander seedlings begin to spread leaves, 1500 times 20% imidacloprid effervescent solution, or 1000 times 3% acetamiprid suspension solution, or 1500 times 5% acetamiprid aqueous solution must be sprayed every 7-10 days. Spray 3-5 times in a row, evenly spray all leaves, it is appropriate to begin to drop water droplets, eliminate aphids attached to coriander leaves, prevent aphid transmission virus, and reduce coriander virus disease.

Third, to inhibit the activity of the virus. In the growth of coriander, 0.1% zinc sulfate, 500 times 5% Ningnanmycin mixture, or 500 times 5% virus vaccine (mushroom polysaccharides) aqueous solution, or 600 times bacterial kexin aqueous solution must be sprayed every 15-20 days, which can significantly inhibit the virus activity in coriander and reduce the damage of parsley mosaic disease.
