Because of the low temperature in winter, the bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes often does not show buds and the yield is low. in order to achieve high yield, in addition to continuing to renew and improve the varieties, we should also do a good job:

Lentinus edodes inoculation

1. Scientific inoculation: if the inoculation hole is deep, there are more bacteria, which is beneficial to enhance the drought resistance of Lentinus edodes mycelium and reduce the stimulation of Lentinus edodes seed block at the bottom of the seed hole. The mycelium of Lentinus edodes germinated rapidly and the survival rate was high under constant temperature and humidity. Therefore, if the mycelium of Lentinus edodes can absorb sufficient nutrients, the yield will be greatly increased.

2. Hot water to promote bud: the yield of Lentinus edodes was doubled by soaking in hot water. Block selection: after fully changing the color and drying, select the non-polluting and intact bacterial block. Soaking: soaking mushrooms in hot water is one of the good ways to accelerate buds of Lentinus edodes in winter. When soaking, boil the water to 33 ℃, then pour the bacteria into the pool and soak in 33 ℃ hot water for 3 hours. If the water temperature decreases, hot water can be added to keep the water temperature at 18 ℃ ~ 33 ℃. Remove the soaked fungus, put it on the mushroom field, cover it with plastic film, maintain its humidity, wait for the fungus to bud and then ventilate. During the period of mushroom emergence, if the temperature is low, 18 ℃ ~ 33 ℃ hot water can be directly sprayed on the mushroom, and then covered with plastic film to increase the temperature in the film to facilitate the normal growth of Lentinus edodes. Harvest: the soaked mushroom should be kept warm after being covered with thin film, and the mushroom bud will soon be arched out. At this time, the ventilation should be strengthened and the air relative humidity should be increased. The first crop of mushroom can be harvested in 10-17 days. After harvest, uncover the film, let the bacterial mass dry fully, and soak it in hot water for the second time in 7-15 days. Supplementary nutrition: after harvesting the second crop of mushrooms, replenish certain nutrients to the mushrooms in time.

3. Mushroom management and protection: it takes about a week for the fruiting body of Lentinus edodes to mature. The management of this period should be: keep room temperature about 15 ℃, air relative humidity about 90%, and dry and wet alternately, cold and hot stimulation. After each batch of mushrooms are harvested, the film should be uncovered and ventilated for 8 hours for 10 hours, so that the surface of the mushroom is slightly dry, and then spray water on a sunny day. Cover the film strictly during the day to rejuvenate the hyphae. After 12:00 at night, remove the film and ventilate for 1 hour. Let the low temperature stimulate the hyphae and promote the occurrence of mushroom buds for 3-4 consecutive days. Generally, 3 stubbles of Lentinus edodes can grow in one inoculation.
