Typical symptoms of strawberry virus disease: mosaic, yellowing, necrosis, deformity and so on. The most common are flowers and leaves. When the strawberry plant appears disease, the leaf vein is slightly transparent, the leaf color is different, and the mottled mosaic is formed. when the disease is serious, the leaf is uneven and wrinkled, at the same time, the diseased plant grows slowly, seriously dwarfs, and the fruit is infected with disease. Not only that, the collection of flowers and leaves, yellowing, necrosis, deformity and other symptoms in a plant is also very common.

Strawberry virus disease

1. The main reasons:

The pathogen of strawberry virus disease can not survive the winter on the remnant, but only on strawberries that survive and grow in winter, perennial weeds and strawberry seeds. In the following year, it was transmitted by aphids and contact and wound transmission through strawberry plant wounds caused by pruning and branching. Aphid feeding is also one of the main ways of transmission. High temperature and drought are suitable for the occurrence and prosperity of strawberry virus disease. The strawberry orchard with extensive management and overgrown weeds occurred more seriously.

Second, prevention and control technology:

1. Disease-resistant varieties: different strawberry varieties have different resistance to virus disease. in order to reduce the occurrence of virus disease or slow down the harm, varieties with strong resistance should be cultivated. Japan 99, American No. 3, Nvfeng, Competition, Jingxiang and other varieties have strong resistance to virus disease.

2. Increase the application of organic fertilizer and strengthen the management of intertillage: soil fertility directly affects the growth of strawberry plants. therefore, whether in open field or protected cultivation, sufficient organic fertilizer should be applied to provide a good growth environment for strawberry plants. At the same time, weeding in ploughing should be strengthened in time, aphids should be killed in time, and the transmission of strawberry virus disease should be reduced.

3. Virus-free seedlings: virus-free strawberry seedlings were cultured with stem tip detoxification biochemical group.

4. Control the route of infection: aphids are one of the important transmission vectors of strawberry virus disease. Strawberry interplanting muskmelon in greenhouse should pay attention to the control of aphids. First of all, using aphid avoidance, we set up a yellow board to prevent aphids and silver gray film to avoid aphids. After transplanting in autumn, in addition to appropriate late sowing to avoid aphid migration period, it is necessary to kill aphids, lice and thrips in time when raising seedlings. Strengthen the configuration of anti-insect net in strawberry shed. Before transplanting strawberry seedlings, irrigation with 25% Aktai water dispersible granules will have a long-term effect on the control of aphids and whitefly for more than 30 days. 2-3 days before transplanting, the seedlings were sprayed with 1500-2000 times of 25% Aktai water dispersible granules, which not only sprayed leaves, but also seeped into the soil. About 2 kilograms of spray liquid per square meter of seedbed.

5. Chemical control: spraying with 25% Aketai water dispersible granules 2500-5000 times, or using 10% imidacloprid wettable powder 1000 times, or 10% anti-lice wettable powder 1000 times, or 2.5% green kungfu water agent 1500 times, or 1.5% Zhixianling EC 1000 times, or 30% virus star wettable powder 1000 times, strawberry virus disease can be controlled to a certain extent.
