Matters needing attention in bag making of Lentinus edodes in North China in Spring
Spring is the busiest season for the production of Lentinus edodes in the north, and March to April is the season for bag-making of Lentinus edodes. According to the previous problems in bag-making and bacteria-sending of Lentinus edodes, some suggestions are put forward for reference for the majority of Lentinus edodes growers.
Bag made of Lentinus edodes
Bagging: the water content of the culture material is controlled at 65%-70%. The judgment standard is that the culture material is clutched by hand and water stains are spilled from the fingers, but it is not dirty and can be loosened after loosening. In this humidity range, the yield of Lentinus edodes can be increased by properly increasing water content. In the process of bagging, we should pay attention to the cultivation material can not pierce the bag, and the broken bag should be dealt with in time. The tightness of the culture material is suitable, and if it is too loose, the mycelium grows fast, but it is not robust, which affects the yield.
Sterilization process: carefully check the sterilization equipment before each sterilization to prevent unnecessary losses. The required time for bag sterilization must be reached and should be appropriately extended according to the bag making sooner or later.
Bacteria tube cooling: after the bacteria bag is taken out of the sterilization pot, check whether it is damaged, find it broken, immediately stick it with tape, and check each bag. In the process of handling, the bacterial bag should be handled gently to prevent scratching. After sterilization, the bacterial bag is put directly into the inoculation room (shed) and cooled naturally.
Canister inoculation: the inoculation action should be fast and accurate to reduce the probability of miscellaneous bacteria infection in the culture material; when lifting the blanket, avoid vertical pulling, resulting in air flow inside and outside the canister, resulting in miscellaneous bacteria infection; when increasing the amount of seed, the amount of inoculation should be plugged into the seed hole and slightly raised, so as to prevent the invasion of miscellaneous bacteria; when inoculation, the bacteria must be quickly when passing through the alcohol lamp to avoid burning the hyphae. The best time for inoculation is evening or early morning, when the temperature is low and the spore concentration of miscellaneous bacteria in the air is low; the inoculation room tries to avoid personnel walking and talking, so as not to hinder the effect of Lentinus edodes inoculation; when inoculating, the temperature of culture material in the tube does not exceed 28 ℃.
