Pea tip is a new type of sprout vegetable cultivated from pea seeds, which has the characteristics of low investment, low risk and short growth cycle (7 min 10 days). It can produce 1 Mel 1.5 kg sprouts per kilogram of pea seeds. Pea sprouts are of tender quality, rich in vitamin C and iron, no pollution and good market prospects. The cultivation methods of pea sprouts are as follows:

Cultivation of pea sprouts

First, material preparation. The suitable temperature for the growth of pea sprouts is 18 ℃ 23 ℃. If the outdoor average temperature is higher than 18 ℃, there is no need for protection. It can be cultivated in courtyard, idle house, solar greenhouse, greenhouse and so on, and can be cultivated in heating facilities in winter, early spring and late autumn. Prepare cultivation racks, cultivation containers, substrates, sprinkler facilities, heating facilities, seed soaking containers. The cultivation rack can be made of angle iron, steel bar, bamboo and wood, brick and so on. There are 6 layers of 3muri, each layer is spaced 30-40cm, and the width depends on the length of the seedling tray. The cultivation container selects the seedling tray of light plastic and the specification is 60cm × 25cm × 3cm (34cm × 25cm × 5cm). If the cultivation area is large, micro-spraying facilities should be installed; small-scale ones should be equipped with sprayers, spray cans, plastic buckets, vats and so on. The matrix is non-toxic, light, strong water-holding capacity, easy to clean the residue of clean white cotton cloth, non-woven cloth or newsprint and so on.

Second, select seeds. Can choose green pea, hemp pea, purple pea and other seeds, require no pollution, full seeds.

Third, soaking seeds to accelerate budding. Before soaking the seeds, dry them for 2 days. First rinse 2Mel with 20 Mel 30 ℃ water for 3 times, then soak 18 Mel in water over 2 Mel 3 times the seed volume for 24 hours. After soaking the seeds, rinse the seeds for 2mi 3 times, rub them gently, rinse the seed coat with water, remove the mucus from the seed coat, and finally remove and drain. In the cold winter, the soaked seeds should be placed in a flat-bottomed and leaky container, covered with a wet cloth and placed at a constant temperature of 18 ℃ and 25 min to promote germination. After 2 days, the seeds will sprout and can be sown.

Fourth, quantitative sowing. After a layer of newsprint was laid on the bottom of the washed plastic seedling tray and absorbed enough water, the germinated pea seeds were sown on the substrate with the specification of 60cm × 25cm × 5cm, and each plate could sow 450 25cm 500g; for 34cm × 25cm × 5cm, each plate could sow 300,350 grams. Every 6 plates is a pile, put on the cultivation rack, covered with black plastic film, 18 ℃ 23 under the budding. Change the seedling plate up and down and around once a day and spray water evenly to the seedling plate. When the bud grows to 2-3cm, move the seedling tray to the planting rack. If the temperature is suitable for the growth of sprouts, after soaking the seeds, they can be sowed directly on the shelf. When cultivated in summer, the seeds should be washed to prevent decay and the spread of diseases.

Fifth, sprout management. Do a good job of water management and lighting. Arrange the shoots in medium or low light. If the indoor light is too strong, shade objects such as black cloth can be used to block the light at the right time. In order to make pea sprouts fresh and juicy, you need to spray water or spray 2Mel 3 times a day. The suitable amount of spraying water is that the substrate of seedling plate is wet and there is no large amount of dripping water. At the same time, wet the ground and keep the air humidity about 80%. Water less when it is overcast, foggy, rainy, snowy or when the temperature is low; when it is hot and dry, water more. Ventilate and adjust humidity every day to prevent diseases.

6. Harvest properly. When the sprouts were 10-12cm high, the top compound leaves just unfolded, and the pea seedlings were harvested when they were yellowish green. Cut short from the base 2-3cm and pack 100g in a box or 300m / 400g in a bag.
