Overwintering cucumber

The higher the temperature required for cucumbers, the better.

Generally speaking, the suitable night temperature of cucumber is 15-18 ℃ and the daily temperature is about 32 ℃. However, cucumber can still grow normally at higher temperature, although the photosynthesis is strong and respiration is strong in the range of 38-40 ℃. The actual photosynthate accumulation should be 26-30 ℃. In this temperature range, the higher the temperature required for greenhouse cucumber, the better. Lower night temperature can reduce respiratory consumption, cucumber puffing melons are mainly at night, reducing respiratory consumption is equivalent to "spending less money", naturally bear more melons, and the yield is higher (cucumbers generally transport nutrients to melon strips in the first half of the night. Therefore, the temperature in the greenhouse in the first half of the night is required to be 15mur20 degrees. Of course, it can also be higher, allowing photosynthate to be transported quickly. In the second half of the night, cucumbers mainly breathe and consume nutrients, so the temperature can not be high in the second half of the night, usually 10 Murray 15 degrees, in order to make cucumbers weak respiration and consume less nutrients. Generally speaking, the lowest temperature in the greenhouse at night should be more than 10 ℃ and lower than 8 ℃. It should be moderately heated to ensure that cucumber growth and abnormal flowers and fruits are not inhibited.

Second, as long as you can withstand weak light, you can not make up for it.

Dense thorn cucumbers such as Jinyou 35 and Xintai thorn cultivated in greenhouse in winter and spring should be resistant to low temperature and low light. In case of continuous rainy and snowy days, the light is below the compensation point, and the cucumber is in a state of "hunger", which has a great impact on the yield. Therefore, it can be said that the light of cucumber in winter and spring greenhouse is seriously insufficient, and the yield can be increased by supplementary light. The general practice is to often wipe the film to remove dust and increase light transmittance. By covering the colorless plastic film, the reflection of sunlight on the ground is enhanced, so that the lower middle leaves receive more light. It also has some effect by setting the rear wall reflective screen. But the most effective method is to set up special lights such as plant sodium lamps, with a general power of more than 300 watts, one for every 8-10 meters. Small power incandescent lamp, the effect is not obvious.

Third, only ask for a higher temperature, the ground temperature is not important.

The requirement of ground temperature of cucumber is higher than air temperature. The effect of 1 ℃ soil temperature is equivalent to 2 ℃ air temperature. The lowest ground temperature beneficial to cucumber root growth is 12-15 ℃, but when the ground temperature is higher than 8 ℃, the main root can elongate. When the concentration was less than 8 ℃, the taproot and root hairs were inhibited and no longer elongated. The experimental results showed that if the ground temperature was raised from 18 ℃ to 24 ℃, the early yield and total yield of cucumber increased by 45% and 34%, respectively. However, if the ground temperature exceeds 32 ℃, the total yield will decrease. When the cucumber was grafted with pumpkin, the stress resistance of cucumber was significantly improved, and the root system could still grow normally when the ground temperature dropped to 12 ℃. Therefore, the effect of ground temperature on cucumber is much greater than that of air temperature. There are many ways to improve the ground temperature of the greenhouse in winter: the application of crop straw and cow and horse manure can be used to improve the ground temperature, and the effect is better; through plastic film mulching and anti-cold ditch, it can also effectively improve the ground temperature. In the deep winter season, reducing the application amount of chemical fertilizer and applying more organic fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer, that is, increasing the application of hot fertilizer, can increase the soil temperature.
