The main results are as follows: (1) epidemic characteristics: quail aspergillosis is an infectious disease with respiratory dysfunction caused by Aspergillus. The pathogen mainly affects the respiratory system of quails and sometimes forms lesions all over the body. It is usually infected by exposure to contaminated moldy feed or bedding for healthy quails. Quails of all ages are susceptible, and young quails are highly susceptible.

(2) Clinical symptoms: ① acute type: quails within 1 month old showed acute type. The incubation period is usually 2-7 days. At the beginning of the illness, loss of energy, loss of appetite, frequent drinking water, dishevelled feathers, drooping wings, standing in a corner, eyes closed. Breathing asthma, frequency, abdominal breathing, two wings fan, crown, mouth mucosa blue. In some cases, noseflow serous, purulent secretions, conjunctival inflammation, eyelid swelling. In some cases, the skin showed black and brown necrosis. ② chronic type: slow development, emaciation, gait instability, oral mucosal ulcer, diarrhea, chronic type of adult quail, female egg production decreased or stopped.

(3) pathological changes: characteristic lesions in the respiratory system of quails. The lungs form yellow-and-white millet nodules (1mm to 3mm), which are evenly dispersed and congestion is seen in part of the lung. The serous membrane of the airbag becomes thicker, the surface is scattered with yellow-white nodules, and the yellow-white liquid is oozed from the airbag. There are yellowish and white purulent secretions in the nasal cavity and yellowish exudates in the trachea or bronchi. In some cases, the pericardium showed fibrinous inflammatory changes, coronal fat had bleeding spots, and there were small gray nodules on the surface of the pericardium. In some cases, nodular lesions were formed on the liver, spleen, kidney and ovary. There are abscesses and edema in the cerebrum and cerebellum.

(4) Prevention and control measures: ① nystatin 5000 units per rat, twice a day, mixed with feed for 5 days. The condition of ② can be controlled by drinking copper sulfate solution continuously for 3 days, stopping for 3 days and drinking another course of treatment. ③-5-flucytosine clobendazole and clotrimazole also have certain curative effects. ④ forbids feeding moldy feed and using contaminated padding. ⑤ quail house is equipped with ventilation equipment, temperature and humidity should be suitable. ⑥ strengthens feeding and management to improve the sanitary conditions of quail houses.
