Inflammation is a complex pathological process caused by microbial bacteria or virus infection in diseased organs or tissues. It is characterized by metamorphic inflammation, exudation, hyperplasia and other pathological changes, including exudative inflammation (serous inflammation, fibrinous inflammation, suppurative inflammation, hemorrhagic inflammation) and proliferative inflammation (general inflammation and granulomatous inflammation).
