Disinfection is the only way to kill viruses and pathogens in chickens in vitro. Thoroughly remove chicken manure after each batch of chickens are out of the pen, sprinkle and disinfect the floor with 2 to 3% caustic soda water after cleaning, and fumigate the chicken house space with 28ml of formalin and 14g of potassium permanganate per cubic meter. The "all in and all out" system should also be adopted. After raising a batch of chickens to clear the fence, the orchard site turned over more than 20 cm, and then sprinkled with quicklime or lime milk on the ground to prepare for the next batch of breeding. It is better to build two chicken coops, disinfect them in turn and put them on slices. After three years of raising chickens in the orchard, you should change the site to give the orchard a time for natural purification.
