Control the temperature and humidity in the house and improve the hardness of eggshell. High temperature led to the decrease of feed intake and nutrient intake of laying hens, which affected the deposition of calcium salt, decreased the quality of eggshell and increased the number of wrinkled eggs. The temperature can be cooled by placing ice cubes in the chicken coop, using a wet curtain or spraying with cold water. The hardness of the eggshell becomes smaller when the humidity is higher, and the breakage rate of the egg is higher.
