(1) sensory requirements for pollution-free Chinese chestnut kernels

The fruit is ripe and full, with the characteristics of this variety when it is ripe, no impurities, less mildew, no moth, no air-dried and cracked fruit and so on.

(2) Safety and quality index of pollution-free Chinese chestnut

The safety and quality index of pollution-free Chinese chestnut is shown in Table 1, mur10 (figure 1).

(3) Inspection rules

1. Group batch rules

Products of the same production unit, the same variety, the same grade and the same packaging (or harvest) date are taken as one inspection batch.

2. Sampling method

Determine the sampling quantity according to the quantity of the batch to be inspected. In the same inspection batch, the random sampling method was used to take 2 kg ~ 6 kg samples for inspection.

3. Decision rules

If the results of the test items are in line with the safety index requirements of this standard table 1mur10 (figure 1), the batch of products shall be determined to be qualified products; if the measured results do not meet the requirements of the safety and health indicators of this sub-table 1mur10 (figure 1), resampling and re-inspection of unqualified items shall be carried out, and if there is still an unqualified item, the batch of products shall be determined to be unqualified. Sensory requirements, not discrimination requirements.

(4) Packaging, marking, labelling, storage and transportation

The packaging materials used shall meet the requirements of food hygiene standards; the labels of packaged products shall indicate the product name, origin, picking date (or packaging date), shelf life, production unit (or distribution unit); products approved to obtain a certificate of qualification, the label of pollution-free products may be affixed to the packaging. Clean, hygienic and pollution-free means of transport and places should be selected for the transportation and storage of products, and mixing with other toxic and harmful substances is strictly prohibited.
