Is it really impossible to guarantee the granulation temperature?

There is no doubt about the importance of granulation temperature to feed quality assurance. However, during the sampling inspection, it is often found that the granulation temperature is not up to the standard (for example, the fish material is required to be 88-95, while the temperature meter is often kept at 60-70). Some granulator operators say: is the thermometer broken? Today we took the mercury thermometer to the granulator to test it for ourselves: to prove that the granulator lied. The experienced production manager said: either the technical level of the granulator is not up to the level of operation skills, or the granulator is lazy, because the steam pressure may fluctuate, so keeping it at 88-95 is easy to cause machine blockage. Keep at 60-70 degrees, although the granulation efficiency is less than 88-95, but you can easily granulate and raise your legs to read e-books. Ladies and gentlemen: how to identify and solve this kind of problem? This is completely a working mentality, and it is serious. When the temperature is high, it is easy to block the machine, but the temperature is less than 90 degrees, the ripening degree of the feed is not up to 50%, and the starch is less than 50% gelatinization, so the feed utilization rate is low. You don't need a temperature above 90 degrees for fish granulation. Would the adhesion of that material be too good? Let you keep an eye on the quality control scene, ah, as well as the leaders of your production department, where are the monitor and group leader? But this phenomenon seems to be very common.
