1 topic content

This standard specifies the technical requirements, acceptance methods and judgment rules of plastic woven bags for feed.

2 scope of application

It is suitable for the acceptance of plastic woven bags of all branches and subsidiaries.

3 responsibilities

3.1 the receiving group is responsible for sampling inspection and judgment in accordance with this standard.

3.2 the storekeeper of woven bags shall be responsible for the acceptance of the quantity of woven bags.

4 inspection items, technical requirements and inspection methods

4.1 Specification and weight of woven bags

4.1.1 specifications and weight of commonly used woven bags:

Name specification (mm) with intima (g / strip), no intima (g / strip)

50kg bag 650 × 1050 121 101

40 kg bag 600 × 1000 110 90

20kg bag 500 × 800 74 60

10kg bag 400 × 600 47 37

5kg bag 350 × 440 33 27

Note: all woven bags can also be made into different specifications and weights according to the needs of each branch and subsidiary.

4.1.2 specifications and weight of film-coated woven bags:

Name specification (mm) double-sided coating (g / strip) single-sided coating (g / strip)

Intima without intima

50kg bag 650 × 1050 143 123 139 119

40kg bag 600 × 1000 126 109 122 105

20kg bag 500 × 800 87 73 84 70

10kg bag 400 × 600 55 45 48 38

5kg bag 350 × 470 40 34 39 33

4.1.3 allowable deviations and testing methods of woven bags:

Test method for allowable deviation of items

Mm + 15 mm 10 measure the bag flattening with a ruler accurate to 1mm in three places at the middle and off edge 100mm, which should be parallel to the edge of the bag.

Breadth (mm) + 15 mai Yu 10

Bag weight

(G / Article) 10kg bags above-3 see Clause 4.1.4 for details

10kg and the following bags-2

4.1.4 bag weight test method. Weigh 100 items and then calculate the average value. The sampling criteria are as follows:

The number of pieces in batch is more than 20 pieces, 5 pieces, 6 pieces, 10 pieces, 11 pieces, 20 pieces.

Take 1 piece, 2 pieces, 3 pieces, 5 pieces.

4.2 quality

4.2.1 appearance quality of commonly used woven bags

The project is required.

The bag surface ① is smooth, flat and has no obvious fuzz; ② weaves evenly and has no obvious thinning and unevenness; ③ is not allowed to break silk in one bag; and the sum of warp and weft of ④ is less than 3.

Suture ① does not allow unstitching, thread breaking and unsewn at the turning point; the handle of ② handbag is sewn firmly without falling off.

Clean no more than 3 obvious oil stains below ① 100mm2; obvious oil stains above ② 100mm2 are not allowed.

Trimming does not allow scattered edges.

Printing ① layout is correct and moderate, while ② layout content is correct and text pattern is clear.

③ printing is bright and full; double-sided reverse printing of ④ is not allowed.

The color is the same as that of the sample and is within the range of depth deviation.

4.2.2 quality of film-coated woven bags

The project is required.

The width of the fold is 3mm, and the fold of long 100mm is not more than 3.

Suture ① does not allow unstitching, thread breaking and unsewn at the turning point; the handle of ② handbag is sewn firmly without falling off.

The lamination does not allow insufficient lamination width, obvious shedding, stomata and lumps, and local leakage.

Clean no more than 2 obvious oil stains below ① 100mm2; obvious oil pollution above ② 100mm2 is not allowed.

Color matching accuracy color matching deviation ≤ 0.3mm.

The woven bag with intimal quality and intima has uniform thickness, toughness, and the size of length and width is slightly larger than that of the outer bag.

4.2.3 Test method for appearance: visual inspection in natural light.

4.3 strength of woven bags

The strength of the woven bag is tested according to the GB/T4857.5 drop test method, which requires that the bag does not break, the package does not leak, and the handle of the handbag does not fall off.

4.3.1 the test environment is normal temperature and humidity.

4.3.2 the test site is a flat cement floor.

4.3.3 the filling coefficient is 0.80 to 0.85.

4.3.4 Test quality and material selection: load the same weight feed or the same density material respectively according to the inner weight marked on the bag.

4.3.5 Test order

Article 1: longitudinal-horizontal-lateral

Article 2: horizontal-lateral-longitudinal

Article 3: lateral-longitudinal-horizontal

4.3.6 drop the sample at a height of 1.2m and do three drop tests in the order specified in 4.3.5 to check whether there is bag rupture and package leakage.

Our requirements are more stringent than this! He he!

We also have a size of 105 to 60 in 40kg! -- there are different industry standards and it is difficult to implement-- it should be implemented according to this. There is pressure on the supplier-if there is no pressure, will the supplier give you a good bag? I feel that it is very difficult for ordinary woven bag factories to fully meet the requirements. Just take a look at these feed bags on the market, the workmanship is not so good. -- you can also send this in the regulations and standards-- not bad. -Thank you for sharing Learn-- learn. Thank you, landlord! Practice is the only criterion for testing truth. As long as it is beautiful, good wrestling resistance and enough loading. -- A very good standard, useful! Thank you, landlord.
