Symptoms: depressed spirit, loss of appetite or abstinence, body temperature rising to 40-42 ℃, showing missed fever type. Breathing hard, lying down with delight. Ruminating and gastrointestinal peristalsis weakened or stopped. Initial constipation, late diarrhea, bloody stool. Turbid urine or hematuria in sheep. Visible mucosal hyperemia, some eye bowels, followed by anemia, mild jaundice, in the middle and later stages of sick sheep with high anemia, thin blood, conjunctival pallor. The anterior shoulder lymph nodes were enlarged, and edema occurred under the neck, chest, abdomen and extremities.

Treatment: (1) antipyretic therapy: cases of high fever can be treated with antipyretic drugs such as analgin, compound aminopyrine, bupleurum needle and so on.

(2) Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory therapy. The disease is prone to secondary infection in the process of development, so antibiotics should be used appropriately, such as penicillin, streptomycin, lincomycin, norfloxacin, metronidazole and so on.

(3) strengthening heart and replenishing fluid. If the heart is weak, cardiotonic drugs such as an sodium coffee and sodium camphor sulfonate can be used to improve myocardial excitability, while energy supplements are used, such as glucose, dextran, adenosine triphosphate and so on.

(4) stomach and intestine therapy. For anorexia, ruminant weakening, with stomach medicine, such as garlic tincture, dilute hydrochloric acid, pepsin, milk enzyme health, etc., improve gastrointestinal function, promote appetite. Vegetative nerve stimulants can also be used, such as pilocarpine, neostigmine and so on.

(5) correct anemia. Vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, hemogenin and so on can be used.

(6) when there is a tendency of bleeding or accompanied by edema of chest, abdomen and lower extremities, hemostatic sensitivity, vitamin K3, calcium chloride or calcium gluconate injection can be used.

Prevention: (1) in autumn and winter, we should do a good job in sheep enclosure hygiene and eliminate overwintering tick larvae; when brushing sheep in spring, we should pay attention to observing and catching ticks. The sheep can be sprayed with trichlorfon.

(2) to strengthen quarantine and not to introduce sheep from epidemic areas. Newly introduced sheep should be quarantined and observed and quarantined strictly.

(3) in epidemic areas, sheep were injected with triazamidine every 15 days before the onset season, and 7% aqueous solution was injected intramuscularly according to 2 mg / kg body weight.
