(2) due to the sudden drop in temperature last year, most farmers did not do bottom modification and disinfection before freezing, resulting in an increase in harmful bacteria in the water and serious deterioration of the sediment.

(3) in autumn, the sea cucumber went down to the reef late, the food intake was small, the nutrition transformation was insufficient, and the lack of nutrition led to the weak physique of the sea cucumber, the sudden change of the weather in November, the stress of the sea cucumber, the "trauma" of the sea cucumber again, and the physique of the sea cucumber under the ice was difficult to recover.

(4) the blind use of drugs leads to the formation of bottom poison layer at the bottom of the circle, chronic poisoning of sea cucumbers, weakening the physique of sea cucumbers and reducing the immunity of sea cucumbers.

Key points of management of sea cucumbers in spring:

The main results are as follows: (1) Sea cucumbers are benthos, and the sediment is the most important to it. After freezing, not only the sediment deteriorates, but also a large number of harmful bacteria breed. It is suggested that the bottom material improver (such as bottom clean elimination) be used first, then iodine preparation should be used for three-dimensional disinfection, and the water body and substrate should be sterilized by double layer.

(2) it is suggested that "polysaccharide vc granule" combined with "polypeptide Kangqiling" should be used to enhance the physique of sea cucumber, speed up the physical recovery of sea cucumber, improve feeding, improve immunity, prevent sea cucumber from being attacked by bacteria, and improve the anti-stress ability of sea cucumber.

(3) if the water body is turbid caused by too much organic matter, it is recommended to use bottom modification (such as Shendian) to deal with it. If the temperature is appropriate, it can be treated with biological agents. Targeted treatment of muddy waters to avoid the blind use of drugs to stimulate sea cucumbers.

(4) if there is grass in the ginseng circle, it is suggested that it should be fished out in time or used to restrain the growth of aquatic plants (the water temperature is higher than 10 ℃), avoid using herbicides, stimulate sea cucumbers and weaken their physique for the second time.

(5) before sea cucumbers go off the reef, spread "benthic algae power" to cultivate natural high-quality palatable bait-benthic diatoms, which is more suitable for utilization and absorption of sea cucumbers.

(6) the feces of sea cucumbers are fine, the intestines are not opened for a long time, and the food intake is small. It is suggested to sprinkle the whole circle with "sea cucumber Xiatanbao" mixed with "oyster shell powder" to expand the intestines of sea cucumbers and increase food intake.

(7) the growth rate of sea cucumbers depends mainly on the conversion rate of food utilization and intestinal absorption capacity of sea cucumbers. It is suggested that "active lactic acid bacteria" or "bacteria sources" should be mixed with sea mud or bait to regulate the intestinal flora of sea cucumbers. Promote the growth of intestinal villi and enhance the absorption and conversion rate of sea cucumbers to food.

(8) before the Qingming Festival, there are aquatic plants in the circle, which should be removed in time to prevent a sudden rise in the temperature of the Qingming Festival, so that a large number of aquatic plants in the circle rot and spoil the bottom quality; the big change of water in the circle should also be before and after the Qingming Festival, because at this time the temperature distance between the sea water and the water in the circle is small and the stress to the sea cucumber is small.

(9) when the water temperature reaches 15 ℃, according to the water quality, biological agents should be used reasonably to adjust the water quality, balance the bacterial phase and algae phase, use the biological substrate to "nourish the bottom", supplement the bottom beneficial bacteria, form a beneficial bacteria protective film in the bottom, restrain the pathogens in the sediment, decompose the bottom organic matter, and convert the macromolecular nutrients which are not easy to be absorbed at the bottom into nutrients conducive to the absorption of sea cucumbers and algae.
