Disease of Flammulina velutipes and its control method
Flammulina velutipes is both medicine and food, crisp and refreshing, and rich in nutrition. If the cultivation management is improper, it is easy to occur physiological diseases, here to introduce five common physiological diseases and control methods of Flammulina velutipes, just for reference.
Flammulina velutipes
First, needle mushroom: the upper part of the fruiting body of Flammulina velutipes is sharp and thin, the stalk is slightly thick, showing needle shape. The main reason is that the growth of bacterial cap is inhibited because of the high concentration of carbon dioxide. Prevention and treatment: ensure good ventilation conditions to avoid opening the bag too late, after bagging, ventilation once a day.
Second, open the umbrella ahead of time: the fruiting body is not fully mature, but the cap is too large, opening the umbrella prematurely. It is mainly related to the quality of the bacterial bag, followed by whether it is contaminated by bacteria and fungi, and it is also related to the air, light, humidity and temperature in the process of mushroom emergence, and it may also be due to the low content of wheat bran. Prevention and control methods: strict sterilization and inoculation, good coordination of air, light and humidity during the mushroom emergence period, the general mushroom temperature of Flammulina velutipes varieties is not higher than 15 ℃, and the wheat bran content is not less than 20%. Only in this way can the mycelium be strong and the yield be high.
Third, Pleurotus ostreatus: the so-called "Pleurotus ostreatus" means that the fruiting body of Flammulina velutipes, like soaking in water, is translucent and has almost no commercial value. The main reasons are: high temperature, too much water spray, slow evaporation of water, all remain in the fruiting body. Prevention and control measures: the frequency of water spraying should not be too much, the air humidity of mushroom room should be kept at about 80%, and ventilation should be done regularly.
Fourth, pilose connection at the base of the stalk: the number of hairs at the base of the fruiting body directly affects the commercial value of Flammulina velutipes. The main reason is related to humidity and air. Prevention and control measures: avoid air humidity too dry and wet, otherwise easy to produce fluff; in addition, in the young mushroom stage, it is easy to appear high carbon dioxide concentration, lack of oxygen, so the oxygen content in the bag should be increased.
5. Lateral mushrooms: the fruiting bodies of Flammulina velutipes do not grow from the surface of the culture material, but mostly grow on the side wall of the bag. The main reason is that when the culture material is bagged too loosely, it is easy to grow fruiting body and consume nutrients when the culture material is separated from the bacterial bag. The prevention and cure method is: when the culture material is bagged, it must be loose and tight, and the bagging machine should be used as far as possible to avoid the phenomenon of too loose bacterial bag.
