A New Culture Model of Rice and Shrimp Co-cultivation in Rice and Shrimp manure Fertilizer Field
The rice-shrimp co-cropping model refers to the rice-shrimp co-cultivation model, which means that after a certain field transformation, reasonable cultivation of crayfish, giving full play to the effects of crayfish weeding and fecal fattening, rice-shrimp symbiosis, realizing rice-shrimp symbiosis, realizing the effect of "planting rice, raising crayfish in water, manure field and rice-shrimp symbiosis", an ecological agriculture that combines planting and aquaculture organically.
Co-cultivation of rice and shrimp
Technical points:
Rice and shrimp farming requires convenient intake and drainage, and the water source is up to the standard. After rice harvest, a small excavator is used to dig an annular ditch 2.5-3.0 meters from the inside of the ridge around the paddy field, with a width of 1.2-1.5 meters, a width of 0.6-1 meter and a depth of 0.8-1.2 meters. The circular ditch is not closed, leaving 10-20 meters at one end of the paddy field to facilitate mechanical passage during transplanting and harvesting. Dig out the soil, strengthen, heighten, widen, compact the ridge of the field, prevent crayfish from digging holes in the ridge. The ridge of rice-shrimp co-cropping is 0.3-0.4 meters higher than that of rice monoculture, so as to avoid causing ridge collapse and soil erosion. Anti-escape facilities are set up, the intake is made of a rectangular mesh bag made of 25-mesh polyethylene mesh, and the outlet is made of 25-mesh metal mesh, which is placed on the eaves to prevent crayfish from escaping, and the inlet and outlet is arranged diagonally.
The crayfish were cultured at the end of September or the first ten days of October to the first ten days of June of the following year; from May to early June, special fields were used to raise seedlings; from the middle of June to the end of September, rice was planted, mainly rice; from May to early June, crayfish were caught in cages, leaving some large crayfish seedlings for co-cultivation with rice as backup parent shrimp. From mid-August to early September, 15 kilograms of parent shrimp were invested per mu. The total cropping time of parent shrimp and rice was 30-40 days. During the growth period of crayfish, it is necessary to feed plant feed and supplement vitamins and trace elements. From March to June of the following year, every 15 days, throw aquatic plants, 80-120 kg per mu. Before releasing crayfish, some beneficial live bait organisms such as water earthworms, field snails and mussels were put into the water plants in the deep water area of the ditch, so as to improve the yield, quality and specification of crayfish, reduce the input and reduce the cost.
The sturdy and dwarf rice varieties with stalks with a growth period of about 150 days were selected. In mid-June, after the fishing of small and medium-sized lobsters in the field was basically over, they began to transplant and raise seedlings. Transplanting density, 1.3-14,000 holes per mu. The growth season of crayfish is from March to June. The field is inspected in the morning and evening, and the water level is adjusted according to crayfish feeding and activity, so that the water temperature is always suitable for crayfish survival and growth. The range of water level is 0.3-0.6 meters. Generally, the field water level is 0.3-0.5 m, and the ring ditch water level is 0.8-1.2 m; before rice transplanting, the field water level is 0.4-0.6 m, and the ring ditch water level is 1.2-1.5 m; avoid crayfish to reduce the number of molting. During the period of rice and shrimp co-cropping, shallow irrigation was adopted to induce crayfish to concentrate in the ring ditch, and the water level of the ring ditch was 0.8-1.0 meters. When applying fertilizer, biological compound fertilizer should be selected to ensure the yield of water surf and the safety of crayfish. Slowly drain the field water to the near dry, wait for the crayfish to actively migrate to the ring ditch, take a small number of times, piece-by-piece fertilizer application method, to promote the fertilizer to quickly precipitate in the sediment, and then add water to the normal depth. Before putting parent shrimp, the shrimp ditch was disinfected with raw lime water, and EM bacteria solution was sprinkled regularly to regulate the water quality. The starting time of crayfish fishing is from early April to mid-June. The use of shrimp cage trapping, catch large (more than 30 grams) to stay small, timely fishing. Since late April, crayfish up to the standard have been put on the market, reducing the density of crayfish in the field, increasing the growth rate, and ending fishing in mid-June. After drying the field for the second time, the harvester entered the field to harvest rice from the closure of the ring ditch.
