Only by constantly developing new markets and customers can we stabilize our pockets. However, as far as I am concerned, although I am only a technician, in fact, the technical content of the feed industry is relatively low, so I do not have a very high value content, but I am confident that if I do business: first of all, not afraid of hardship, not afraid of difficulties. The sales environment of the feed industry requires us to do this. Second, the development of the market should be diligent and fast, stupid birds can still find food. Third, pay attention to customer relations, the current business can not be developed by eating and drinking as before, you must let your client know the benefits she can get after working with you, and die for food because of wealth. This sentence is ugly, but it's practical. Fourth, to help customers create value, perhaps the value of your product itself is not high, to be clear, it can only help farmers to let animals grow up, but can you mention the value of animals when they grow up? For example: pollution-free, leisure and so on fifth, business tasks should not be "to do business for the sake of doing business". People always send it in the mailbox, maybe your idea is very realistic: I have a business quota of 500000 this month, maybe your idea is very broad, "I was worth 5 million when I was 35." In a word, people who have ideas are ambitious. Since we have ambitions, we must do something. In fact, in the process of doing business, we will certainly come into contact with a lot of people and things, we have to maximize the resources in our hands, so that our thoughts can be realized. Sixth, be good at seizing opportunities. In fact, the job of the business is simply to "sell the company's products." this product may have some shortcomings, but there must be a market in which "there are no products that are not good to sell, only people who can't sell them well." In their own market demand for all kinds of trial production demand products, feedback to the company, as long as the company has the existence of profits, market volume, no company will not consider. Seventh, make full use of the company's resources. due to the low technical content of the feed industry, many people are making feed, but there are few who have done well and have a certain market share. It is not difficult to find out if you look at the work of their business. Which well-done businesses have their own demand targets for the company. Where do the big companies of Liuhe, Tianpu and other brands and many small companies sell pig feed? In this market in Shandong, only by making good pig feed can we have a certain influence. Shandong Tongwei's fish feed is good, but their pig feed is also good. Maybe our market is far away, full price material has no advantage, but there is always a market for concentrate and premix. Ninth, why do my ideas always hit a brick wall? Maybe the working environment is different, but as my peers, I am not much different from our business colleagues. My idea is to be diligent. But the business says that there is no money to save fuel money this month, but what I don't understand is that the market is yours. Now someone is helping you. Why do you have such a thing? Perhaps in their minds, they only think about the money each month, and they simply do not consider the goals of 2 months, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Tenth, where is the way out for technicians? After two years of work, I found that my job was so boring, so underneath, so simple, so wasteful. Due to the low technical content (the idea in the minds of business personnel, because in their minds we are going to be reprimanded by farmers, others, and shields), the company does not attach importance to it, and our appearance is only to understand the problem after the problem occurs. as for the truth of the cause of the problem, sometimes I understand it in my heart, but I can't say it, which makes people feel angry. Therefore, the technology of the feed industry must not be a technician of aquatic products, because the aquatic industry itself is an industry without regularization. Compared with the pig and poultry industries, our advantages cannot be brought into full play at all.
