Operation rules for feeding and management of pigs in 30,000 pig farms (trial)

First, the preparation before entering the pig: 1. The preparation of the barn: (1) the cleaning of the barn: the breeder completes the thorough cleaning work on the same day after the pig is transferred out. If it is necessary to add specific disinfection drugs during the cleaning, it shall be decided by the technician to report to the director of the sub-field. (2) fence house maintenance: after completing the cleaning of the fence house, the keeper should carefully inspect the facilities (including water, electricity, cast iron plate, etc.). If any damage is found, they should report to the sub-yard leader in time and assist the maintenance personnel in their work. Finally, the yard manager can carry out disinfection only after passing the acceptance check. (3) House disinfection: after drying and overhauling the cleaned house, immediately disinfect the house with 2% Murray 3% caustic soda solution. 1-2 hours after caustic soda disinfection, rinse the lye with clean water and dry it, and empty the house for 3-4 days. Disinfect the pig for the second time 24 hours before entering the pig as required by the technician and wait for use after drying. Disinfection must be comprehensive and thorough, with no dead ends, operated by technicians and assisted by managers and keepers. Finally, after the inspection of the field length, you can enter the pig, otherwise the operation will be repeated. 2. Preparation of production tools: prepare necessary brooms, dung shovels and other tools, and thoroughly clean and soak after designated disinfection, waiting for use after drying. 3. Disinfection pool preparation: the disinfection pool at the door of the pig house shall change the disinfectant as required 0.5-1 hour after disinfection, and change the disinfectant twice a day (once in the morning and once in the afternoon). 4. Feed preparation: 311A and 311 plans should be reported. During the transition period, 311A should be changed step by step to ensure a smooth transition.

Second, the requirements of entering the pig (1) try to be careful, careful and prevent hard hitting when changing the group, so as to avoid causing man-made injury to the pig. After entering the house, the feeding density should be reasonably controlled. Generally, each piglet occupies an area of 0.3-0.5 square meters. And should be divided into groups reasonably according to individual size, character, breed and sex, so as to ensure the uniform growth of pigs in the same column. (2) the health and epidemic prevention system should be strictly observed during the conversion, especially the pigs should be disinfected after entering the house, and the vehicles, appliances and roads should be disinfected within 1 hour after the conversion.

Third, after the pig enters the house, the requirements and control of the environment in the house 1. Hygiene: after entering the pig, the pig should be trained to defecate, eat and sleep in time. Keep the pigsty dry and clean, check and clean frequently. 2. Temperature control: the temperature control in the house depends on the weaning time of the pig. In general, the temperature of piglets in the first week of weaning should be controlled at about 25 ℃, and then it can drop to 20-22 ℃ with the increase of piglet age. The lowest temperature should not be lower than 19 ℃. If pigs are found to be huddled together, it means that the temperature is too low. You should look at the thermometer and adjust the height of the stripe cloth in time. 3. Humidity: the relative humidity in the house should be maintained at 65-75%. When the pigsty is dry, it should be washed as little as possible, at least 60% of the place in the pigsty should be dry, and the high temperature should be adjusted in time by changing ventilation and other measures.

4. Feeding and management of pigs after entering the house 1. Feeding method: (1) Feed conversion: for piglets entering the nursery, the feed should be transferred from suckling pig feed to piglet feed, and the feeding times should be changed from 6 times a day to 4 times a day. All the weaned pigs were fed with suckling feed for 3 days, 5 portions of suckling feed plus 1 part of piglet feed on the 4th day, 4 portions of suckling feed plus 2 portions of piglet feed on the 5th day, and 3 portions of suckling feed plus 3 portions of piglet feed on the 6th day until all of them were transferred to piglet feed. The feeding time of piglets with poor growth and development was delayed. (2) Daily feeding quantity and feeding times: appropriate control of feed on the 1st-3rd day, feeding 6 times a day, 7-8% full, generally eating in 30 minutes. At the beginning of the 4th day, the daily feeding times were reduced to 4 times, and the pigs were fed freely until the pigs were transferred out. 2. To prevent weaning stress syndrome caused by weaning and other factors. The main results are as follows: (1) in the first week, pigs were fed with anti-stress agents, such as Baigushu, vitamin C, mineral salt solution and anti-respiratory drugs. (2) keep the environment of pig house relatively stable (including temperature, humidity, etc.). (3) adding anti-diarrhea drugs to feed or drinking water, the technician shall specify the drug and concentration, and supervise the operation. (4) usually carefully observe the pig herd (especially the piglets just entering the pen) and find that sick pigs and weak pigs are picked out in time and fed in separate bars, with special nursing, treatment and medication, so as to facilitate the recovery of pigs. 3. Disinfection: in principle, the nursery is disinfected with pigs once a week, the road is disinfected every other day, and the disinfectant is replaced by foot disinfection pool and disinfection bucket every day. Disinfectants are determined by technicians on a case-by-case basis. The operation process shall be supervised by the field director. 4. Immunization: it shall be carried out in strict accordance with the immunization procedure formulated by the joint-stock company, and the immunization date shall not be changed at will or refused to carry out the immunization procedure.
