Recently, the export of Qingyun County, Shandong Province has spread good news again. Shandong Weinuo Group Co., Ltd. successfully passed the EU official inspection and obtained the qualification certification for rabbit meat products to continue to be exported to the EU market. This is the second time that the export qualification of rabbit meat enterprises has been tested and confirmed since the import of Chinese rabbit meat products was stopped by the European Union in 2002.

According to   , there are a total of 12 rabbit meat processing enterprises registered in the European Union, including 10 in Shandong Province, accounting for more than 80% of the country's rabbit meat export enterprises. This year, three rabbit meat enterprises in the province have been inspected by the European Union.

I. New Zealand Rabbit

New Zealand rabbit, which originated in the United States, is one of the most famous meat rabbit breeds in the modern world, and is widely distributed all over the world. There are three varieties of white, red and black, there is no genetic relationship between them, and the production performance of white is the highest. III. Belgian rabbit

Belgian rabbit is a large meat rabbit breed improved by British breeders using wild burrow rabbits originating in Bevelun, Belgium. 1. Appearance features: the coat is dark brown, reddish brown or light brown, the lower part of the body is gray-white, the inside of the tail is black, the outside is gray-white, and the eyes are black. The ears are broad and upright, tilted slightly to both sides. The head is thick, the cheeks protrude, the forehead is wide and round, and the bridge of the nose is raised. The body is long, the limbs are stout, and the hindquarters are well developed.

Taihang Mountain Rabbit (Tiger skin Yellow Rabbit)

Taihang Mountain Rabbit originated in Jingxing, Luquan (formerly Huolu County) and Pingshan County in Hebei Province, and was selected by Hebei Agricultural University, Hebei Foreign Trade Food Import and Export Corporation and other units.

5. Saibei Rabbit

Saibei rabbit was bred by Zhangjiakou Agricultural College with French ram rabbit and Belgian rabbit as parent. It is a large meat-and-skin rabbit.

VI. Ha White Rabbit

Harbin White Rabbit is bred by Harbin Veterinary Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences through complex hybridization between Belgian rabbit, German flower giant rabbit, Japanese big-eared white rabbit and local white rabbit.

7. Big-eared yellow rabbit

The big-eared yellow rabbit, which originated in Guangzong County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is selected from the yellow individuals differentiated from Belgian rabbits as breeding materials. it belongs to large skin and meat rabbits.
