The so-called problem of amino acid balance

If I put the lysine in the quail's laying formula to 1.1. The egg plus cystine is 0.8, but the protein is only 16.5. What's the problem?-- our lysine 1.05%, egg + cystine 0.75%. Crude protein 19% Murray-this question can only be answered after accounting.
