Second, contact the tilapia processing plant for processing as soon as possible to meet the commercial fish specifications; for commercial fish with smaller specifications that cannot be used for processing, food enterprises should be organized to purchase as much as possible, used in the production of canned food, surimi, wax products, snacks, seasonings, etc., in order to minimize the loss of farmers. The raw materials that are too late for processing will be frozen after acquisition. Products that can not be used for processing can be used as raw materials for fishmeal processing. This cold wave also exposed the weakness of the current tilapia industry, that is, the current tilapia processing products are single, the ability to resist risks is very poor. Third, it is suggested that the tilapia seedling breeding farm should do a good job of strengthening the cultivation of parents during the overwintering period, and carry out parent group breeding ahead of time, so as to cope with the expansion of the demand for post-disaster seedlings in the breeding industry this year. And contact and negotiate with the seedling production fields that are not affected by the cold wave in advance to prepare for the transfer of seedlings.
