1. Soil disinfection before new tea seedlings are planted in the old tea garden, an appropriate amount of mancozeb is used to disinfect the soil during soil preparation, so as to eliminate the residual toxins of the old tea trees in the soil. 

Second, to do a good job of the ditch system, the drainage and irrigation ditch system of the tea garden should be matched, the depth of the drainage ditch should exceed the planting ditch, and the drainage and irrigation ditch should be connected with the planting ditch. 

Third, in order to break the original soil structure, the depth of the excavated planting ditch should be more than 60 cm. After the planting ditch is dug, first spread grass at the bottom of the ditch, then cover the topsoil on the grass, and then apply organic fertilizer, which is about 30 cm deep.

4. Autumn planting should end in October and spring planting should be carried out in February. When introduced from the south to the north, cold-resistant varieties should be selected, and spring planting is better. The wide planting ditch can be planted in the way of double-row triangle, and if the planting ditch is slightly narrow, it is suitable for single-row close planting. There are more than 5000 basic seedlings per mu. After planting, pour the root water, spread the grass between the rows, and top the tea seedlings about 15 centimeters from the ground. 

Fifth, to strengthen the management of young tea gardens: first, to pull out newborn weeds in time; second, to irrigate thin human and animal feces once in May and June; and third, to carry out sprinkler irrigation in the early morning or evening in case of high temperature and drought.
