Introduction to Fermentation Bed

Fermented bed is an environmental protection, safe and effective ecological pig breeding method, which is put forward by using new natural agricultural concept and modern microbial fermentation technology. The invention realizes no emission, no pollution and no odor of pig breeding and thoroughly solves the environmental pollution problem of large-scale pig farms, and is a set of virtuous cycle ecological pig breeding system which integrates pig breeding science, nutrition science, environmental hygiene science, biology and soil fertilizer science and follows the principles of low cost, high output and no pollution. It is another bright spot formed by the development of factory-scale pig farming to a certain stage, and it is a new mode of sustainable development of pig farming.

The principle of fermentation bed is to use microbial fermentation bed for natural biological fermentation (Feed is added with nutrition partner or feed starter is used for microbial anaerobic fermentation to promote absorption, feces and urine are used for microbial oxygen consumption fermentation decomposition treatment), which is to use Guangzhou Yiyuan Biotechnology ecological pig strain nutrition partner and feces straw starter to mix straw, sawdust, rice husk powder and feces (or soil) according to a certain proportion for microbial fermentation and reproduction to form a micro-ecological fermentation bed factory, which is used as the bedding of pigsty. The fermentation bed process mainly includes improving the living environment and feeding two aspects. The fermentation bed is divided into underground fermentation bed and aboveground fermentation bed. Underground fermentation beds require digging 80-100 cm below the ground, filling them with organic bedding, and then putting livestock in them, they can grow freely. In places where the groundwater level is high, the above-ground fermentation bed can be used. The above-ground fermentation bed is built on the ground and requires a certain depth, and then the organic bedding that has been made can be filled.

Whether the fermentation bed is good or not is also related to the construction of the pigsty. Generally, pigsty is required to be east-west, north-south, such a house lighting is good, conducive to fermentation; and the north and south can be opened, suitable for good ventilation, no smell and no mosquitoes.
