Through dissection, it is found that during the filling period before metamorphosis, the caecum of constant temperature cultured scorpion is larger than that of normal temperature cultured scorpion, and the surrounding cell tissue is well developed, which is an important reason for the rapid growth of constant temperature cultured scorpion. It also evolved through multi-generation constant temperature culture. After distinguishing and mastering their respective feeding characteristics, it is very important to select their varieties according to their respective feeding forms, which is very important to improve the yield of artificially cultured scorpions.

The so-called constant temperature culture refers to the use of artificial heating to keep the temperature of the culture space within the range suitable for the normal growth and reproduction of scorpions, without being affected by the external environment and seasonal changes. therefore, it is also known as "winter culture", "rapid culture" and "non-dormancy culture".

Constant temperature culture, due to the adverse effects of changing environmental conditions (mainly low temperature) on the growth, development and reproduction of mothers, that is, breaking the dormancy caused by low temperatures in winter in the natural state, so that scorpions can grow, develop and reproduce normally throughout the year. At the same time, it can accelerate the growth and development of scorpions because it is cultured under the condition of relative "constant temperature" (rather than "variable temperature" when high and low). The life cycle is shortened, that is, it takes 3 ~ 4 years at room temperature to develop into adult scorpion, and the adult female scorpion can only give birth once a year at natural temperature. it can be increased to stable birth twice a year. Therefore, raising scorpion at constant temperature is expected to achieve higher economic benefits and have broader development prospects than raising scorpion at room temperature.

Compared with normal temperature scorpion culture, there is no much difference in culture methods, that is, there are mainly pond culture, shelf culture, pot culture, box culture and so on; in the scale of culture, it can also be divided into large, medium and small, which can be adjusted to local conditions. However, in terms of aquaculture equipment, measures must be taken to heat up in the low temperature season, which is the most important technical key of constant temperature culture.

Constant temperature breeding scorpion is a fast-growing scorpion with strong adaptability after many generations, screening and hybridization. Its cells and tissues are well developed, its physiological function is accelerated, and it is in a state of high circulation for a long time. In the process of feeding, the dependence of growing with the season is completely changed, and it is artificially cultivated according to the necessary conditions for the growth of scorpions of all ages. It is strongly dependent on temperature and stable in response to sound, vibration and light. From the point of view of the shape, the constant temperature breeding scorpion appendages and terminal body are yellow and transparent, the body black is yellow and bright, the abdomen is wide and fat, it is 2 ~ 4 mm wider than the wild scorpion, and its temperament is relatively mild. The average body weight of wild scorpion is 1. 5%. The weight of each scorpion raised at constant temperature is 0. 5% heavier than that of wild scorpion. More than 17 grams.

1. The development and significance of raising scorpions at constant temperature at present, most family-raised scorpions are domesticated from wild scorpions, so their living habits are basically the same. As a kind of variable temperature animal, scorpion has to go through four stages of life in the wild: from hibernation to Qingming, from Qingming to White Dew, from White Dew to Frosts Descent, and from the Beginning of Winter to hibernation. In these four stages, temperature and humidity are the main conditions that determine the survival of scorpions.

Scorpions living in the wild, from young scorpion to adult scorpion takes about 3 years, the time is extremely long. If we can artificially change the hibernating habits of scorpions, so that scorpions do not hibernate, it means that the growth cycle of scorpions will be shortened, and the economic benefits will be greatly improved.

As temperature is the primary factor affecting the growth and development of scorpions, we artificially and steadily control the temperature of the scorpion room, and make full use of various ecological factors to create a constant temperature environment suitable for the growth and development of scorpions, so that scorpions no longer hibernate. Scorpions are in the best state of body activity all the year round, which is the constant temperature method.

Compared with the traditional normal temperature scorpion, constant temperature scorpion has made great progress. First of all, it solves the problem of "winter scorpion dying in spring" when raising scorpions at room temperature, avoids a large number of deaths when scorpions are stung, and greatly improves the survival rate of scorpions; secondly, constant temperature raising scorpions greatly shorten the growth cycle of scorpions, which is nearly 30 months shorter than that of raising scorpions at room temperature. Third, the number of fetal births has been increased, and the number of reproduction has been increased from once a year at room temperature to 2 ~ 3 times now, and the fetal yield has also been greatly improved. In other words, the yield of scorpions per practical unit area is 7-8 times higher than that of normal temperature farming every year. Through the practice of raising scorpions in recent years, it has been proved that the economic benefits of scientific feeding, scientific management and constant temperature raising of scorpions are very considerable. For this reason, constant temperature scorpion breeding technology has become a new hot spot used by farmers to raise scorpion.
