Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is rich in nutrition, commonly known as "ginseng in the water". In recent years, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus culture is becoming more and more popular. With the continuous emergence of techniques such as "soilless culture of Loach in impervious film pond", "soil culture of Loach in cement pond", "culture of Loach with biogas liquid" and "symbiosis of Loach and aquatic vegetables in the same pond", the culture technology of Loach continues to mature. Recently, affected by the nuclear radiation incident in Japan, many people are not as cold about seafood products as before, and there has been a significant decline in seafood sales in some coastal cities. With the decline of seafood sales, the sales of freshwater fish, shrimp and crabs are bound to increase. Loach, as one of the most popular special aquatic products, the market price will certainly rise, and Loach farming will make a lot of money.

Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is becoming more and more popular because of its delicious taste, delicate meat and rich nutrition. recently, the number of aquaculture farmers of Loach has gradually increased because of its strong adaptability, high survival rate and low disease rate. Several breeding experiences are summarized as follows:

I. Seedling cultivation

1. Pond conditions

The area of the nursery pond is about 600 inches, and the depth of the pond is about 50 years. The cultivation pond had better be a soil pond, and the soil at the bottom of the pond should be tamped. Some gramineous plants (such as Reed, ryegrass, etc.) can be planted around the pond about 1 inch away from the shore for shading. Sprinkle the seedlings in the whole pond with quicklime (150 mu / mu) before putting them into the pond. When the water is green, the seedlings can be put in.

2. Seedling stocking

The selected seedlings were about 7 years long, the yolk sac disappeared, and the seedlings of Loach, which could swim freely, were put into the pond according to the stocking density of 800 ~ 1000 pieces / fish.

3. Bait management

Loach seedlings just off the pond, as long as the right amount of feed some cooked egg yolk, bean cake, soybean powder and other digestible concentrate feed. By the time the seedlings grow to 1 year old, they can already prey on the bugs in the water. At this time, they can feed some cooked bran, wheat flour, chopped fish, shrimp and other fodder, 3 or 4 times a day. At the same time, timely fertilizer and water, can be sprinkled with some fertilizer and water products to adjust the water quality.

2. Adult Loach culture

1. Pond conditions

The area of the adult Misgurnus anguillicaudatus cultivation pool is 1000 to 1500 years, and the depth of the pond is about 1m. Both the soil pool and the cement pool are OK. Because the Loach likes to drill holes, the soil at the bottom of the pond must be compacted to prevent the Loach from escaping. At the same time, the inlet and outlet should also be blocked with a dense mesh.

2. Adult Loach stocking

The seedlings of Loach with healthy physique, no injury to the surface and strong activity ability are generally selected for stocking. The pond is disinfected with quicklime before stocking, and trichlorfon is used to kill insects if a large number of insect pests are found in the pond. Generally, 100,150 Loach seedlings are stocked in the pond, the stocking time is from the end of April to the beginning of May, and the water temperature is 15 ℃ ~ 20 ℃. Too low or too high water temperature will affect the survival rate of Loach seedlings.

3. Bait management

A small amount of animal feed such as earthworms, small miscellaneous fish, livestock scraps and so on can be fed 2-3 days after stocking. At the beginning, it only needs to be fed once a day, and the feeding amount is 1 × 20 of the total body weight of the Loach. When the water temperature rises slowly, the amount of feed should also be increased step by step. When the water temperature rises to 25 ℃, the Loach's appetite is the most exuberant. At this time, bait can be given twice a day, each time at 110 of the total weight of the Loach. In summer, when the water temperature exceeds 30 ℃ and thunderstorm, you can not feed it temporarily. If you see Loach floating to the surface to breathe, you should add new water in time to adjust the water quality. In winter, when the water temperature is lower than 10 ℃, it is necessary to reduce the depth of the pool properly, or dry the pool water first and spread a layer of straw on the bottom of the pond, so that the Loach can survive the winter safely.

3. Cultivation of adult Loach in rice field

1. Rice field conditions

The rice field selected for raising Loach is not easy to be too large, and it is generally appropriate to be 1000 kilowatts. The ridge of the field should be strengthened, and it is best to block it with a dense mesh more than 1m high to prevent escaping. The water inlet should be selected at the top of the ridge in order to flush water, while the outlet should be selected at the lowest part of the ridge. At the same time, the paddy field should dig several soil ponds with an area of 2 to 3 inches and a depth of about 50 feet, as a habitat for Loach when applying pesticides and chemical fertilizers in summer.

2. Adult Loach stocking

Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seedlings are generally stocked when rice is planted for the first time (in early June). Before stocking, 2-25000 Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seedlings are disinfected with 3% 0.5% salt water, and 2-25000 Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seedlings are stocked 3-4 days later.
