1. It is difficult to domesticate flies and takes a long time.

The solution is: direct introduction.

2.、Flies do not lay eggs.

The species flies stay in bright places and do not want to come down to eat food. They do not lay eggs or lay very few eggs. The reasons for this situation are: first of all, environmental factors, such as low temperature, too dark light, peculiar smell that flies do not like in the breeding room, peculiar smell generated by uncleaned food plates and sponges, deterioration of food for feeding flies, unfresh feces or excessive fermentation, unfresh egg collection, smoking by farmers in the maggot room, excessive activity of farmers in the breeding room to drive away flies, excessive male flies and few female flies, etc. The solution is: The temperature in the breeding room is required to be above 22℃ and below 38℃, the light should not be too dark, other odors such as paint should be eliminated, the food tray and sponge should be cleaned once every 2 days, the sponge should be replaced once every 20 days, fresh food should be used to feed the flies every day, the feces of the breeding maggots should be fresh (within 3 days), the collected eggs should be prepared and used immediately, EM or substances that flies do not like should not be added to the collected eggs, smoking is prohibited in the breeding room, Breeders or visitors should walk gently when entering the breeding room. It is strictly prohibited to scare flies, so that flies know that we are not their enemies. Use better dung to raise the fly larvae to ensure that there are enough female flies. Having solved the above problem, it is easy to get flies to lay more eggs.

3. The maggots climb out before they grow up.

Under normal breeding conditions, maggots grow up and mature before climbing out of the dung heap, but in breeding, some have not yet grown up to climb out, a large number of small maggots climb back and forth on the dung heap, unwilling to drill into the dung heap to eat food. The main reason is that the temperature in the manure is too low. When the temperature of the manure is lower than 27℃, it is difficult for the maggots to absorb the nutrients in the manure. The manure is not fresh or fermented too much. After entering the maggots room, it is no longer fermented. The temperature in the manure is too low. The maggots cannot absorb the nutrients in the manure in the manure pile. The maggots have to drill out of the manure pile collectively to find food. The solution is: increase the temperature in the breeding room, the temperature of the dung material will also increase, and the nutrients can be absorbed by the maggots; put fresh dung material on the maggots that are crawling everywhere, and the maggots will immediately dig into the new dung material for food; second, the number of maggots is too large, the dung material is not enough, and the nutrients in the dung material have been eaten up by the maggots. Without food, the maggots have to come out to find another food. The solution is to add new manure. The above situation occurs most frequently in spring and autumn.

4, maggots do not automatically separate or separate is not clean.

The principle of automatic separation is to use the physiological characteristics of maggots. Maggots will pupate when they grow up and mature, but they do not like to pupate in the growing dung pile. They will climb out of the dung pile, but they will be blocked by the pool wall of the maggot breeding pool. They have to walk along the wall to both sides. When they approach the maggot collection barrel, they encounter a tiny slope. Instead, they will climb up after the hole. When they just climb to the edge of the maggot collection barrel, A sudden descent (maggots without eyes) caught them off guard and they fell into the maggot bucket and could not climb up again. Sometimes, especially in winter and spring, it is always found that maggots are not separated cleanly, and many maggots pupate in feces. The reason is that the temperature in the breeding room is too low, lower than 20℃, while the temperature in the dung pile is above 30℃, maggots climb out immediately feel that the outside temperature will be unfavorable to pupation, so they have to pupate in the dung pile; Second, the dung pile is too big, the maggots next to it are automatically separated, and the maggots living in the middle of the dung pile have not climbed out of the dung for a long time. Those without eyes think that the dung pile is endless, and climbing again is futile, so they have to pupate in the dung pile; Third, the frequent activities of maggots to get rid of feces always make feces even maggot breeding pool are full, maggots even climb out of the "road" are not. The solution is that the time of automatic separation of maggots is 3~9 o'clock, the temperature during which should be above 20℃, the weight of feces in each maggots breeding pool is below 100 kg, and the feces blocked in the maggots breeding pool should be shoveled to the middle 2~3 times a day to make the road on the wall of maggots breeding pool unobstructed.
