Cricket dry body medicine, warm, salty taste, toxic, functional diuresis, mainly for edema, urination obstruction. Artificially raised crickets are unpopular to get rich.

.

1. Feeding equipment. Crickets can be raised in large cages. Large cage with metal or wood as support, iron window screen as cover, length, width, height is not limited, the larger the plane area, the more capacity, can improve the survival rate. A flume with wide and deep 20cm should be built along the lower edge of the cage, and clear water should be injected to prevent the invasion of ants and other natural enemies and damage the young larvae. The cage is 10 meters x 5 meters x 2 meters and can feed 5000 crickets from larvae to adults. Crops such as soybeans, peanuts and corn are grown in the cage for natural feed.

2. Trapping insects. Crickets have strong jumping ability and have the ability to drill seams, build holes and hide, so it is not easy to collect a large number of crickets. The habit of phototropism and feeding in the adult stage can be used to trap.

3. Reproduction. Each cage can put 100 male and female crickets. After mating, the crickets lay eggs in the ground. After the plant straw in the cage is dead, do not pull it out as a cover on the ground, so as to facilitate the eggs to survive the cold winter. When the temperature rose to about 20 ℃ in the second year, a large number of hatched larvae were unearthed.

4. Daily management. Crickets are raised in cages, using natural feed alone can not meet the needs of big insects. Artificial feed with easy accumulation, small size and high nutrition can be used, supplemented by a small amount of natural green feed, and the feeding effect is better. Artificial feed formula 1: soybean meal 20%, wheat flour 35%, corn meal 20%, skim milk powder 15%, liver powder 5%, dry yeast 5%; formula 2: corn meal 25%, soybean meal 20%, coarse wheat flour 25%, skim milk powder 15%, dry yeast 5%, fish meal 10%. Put the rice into the container at the same time, mix well and grind it fine, spread it on the board and feed it. Don't put too much at one time. It is appropriate to finish.

The suitable feeding temperature for crickets is 25 ℃. In case of drought, spray some water appropriately in the morning and evening to keep the surface humidity in the cage at 75% and 80%. Cloudy and rainy days do not affect the normal life of crickets, but cover should be added on the eating board, and green feed can be reduced or not. If cricket death can be caused by stagnant water on the ground for 1 hour, it should be drained in time. If the light is 12 hours a day, the development period of the nymph will be shortened, and when the natural light time is not enough, lighting should be added.

5. Harvest. After a large number of adults are feathered, they should be harvested in time before mating and spawning. Harvesting method: the lamp can be hung in the cage and a smooth water basin with four walls can be put underneath. When the adult turns to light and falls into the water basin, it will be fished out with a hedgerow.

6. Processing. There are two ways of processing: after boiled to death in boiling water, it is dried and prepared for medicinal use; after suffocating, the crickets are placed one by one on the board (belly upside down), dried, and then the impurities and insects are removed, and then the whole cricket is packed in a plastic bag and stored in a dry place for sale. Dried crickets are generally purchased by drugstores.
