I got the DNA test sheet today. This is the third test so far this year. My hepatitis B is really good. After being happy, I would like to pass on my experience to you for reference to the suffering hepatitis B patients.

I am 40 years old this year. Twenty years ago, that is, in 1998, I was found to be suffering from hapless hepatitis B. then I was hospitalized for more than 20 days. When I was discharged, I changed from Big Sanyang to Xiao Sanyang. Since then, I have never been treated for this again. I have not taken any medicine to treat hepatitis B, let alone be admitted to the hospital. Faced with the fact that my hepatitis B is so good today, I think it may be related to the following factors:

First, I used to be a soldier. Over the past 20 years, life has been very rhythmic. Eat and sleep regularly every day, and exercise regularly every day.

Second, since I fell ill, I seldom drink or smoke. No bad habits.

Third, I have a good mentality and have never felt that I am a hepatitis B patient. The liver function of each physical examination was normal and the surface antibody was positive. Maintain a good state of mind, can not be too big Sanyang, Xiao Sanyang in mind, think about it all day, the more you think about it, the darker the mood, the worse the recovery of the body.

Fourth, I am AB blood type. I have read a material that says that people with AB blood are not easy to suffer from hepatitis B and have a higher probability of turning negative from hepatitis B. Is it really so relevant? I don't know. Thank mom for giving me AB blood type)

Fifth, I have been confused for 40 years, and the data also say that after the age of 40, many people will naturally turn negative. For this reason, I suggest that hepatitis B patients, if your liver function is normal, please take medicine carefully, take less medicine, or just like me, do not take medicine. In addition, we should live a rhythmic life, ban smoking and alcohol, and maintain a good state of mind. I believe that when you are in pain, when you are forty, you will be like me.
