Lentinus edodes produce mushrooms for a long time, generally from autumn to the end of the next spring, about 10 months. Generally, it is inoculated from August to September, and mushrooms are produced from November to December. The mushrooms that grow before December are called autumn mushrooms.

Indoor pathogenic bacteria

It takes more than 60 days from inoculation to physiological maturation. Therefore, after inoculation, it should be moved to the bacteria room for culture in time. The bacterial bag is discharged in the shape of a "well", with a height of 8 to 9 layers. The room temperature is generally controlled at about 25 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 70%. 1-6 days after inoculation, the hyphae were in the stage of recovery and germination, and the room temperature could be controlled at 28-30 ℃. During this period, the bacterial bag can not be turned over, it is not ventilated, and the shade of doors and windows causes dim light. The mycelial growth began to eat in 7-10 days, the room temperature dropped to 26-28 ℃, ventilated 2-3 times a day, and the pile was turned for the first time in 7 days, so that each bag could be managed under the same conditions. Handle gently when turning the pile, and strictly prevent damage to the seal and infection of miscellaneous bacteria. The mycelium grew vigorously in 11 ~ 15 days, expanded to 4 ~ 6 cm, maintained at 24 ℃ at room temperature, and increased ventilation, and the mycelium growth expanded to 7 ~ 10 cm in 16 ~ 21 days. The mycelium growth should be kept at 22 ~ 24 ℃ at room temperature, and a gap was formed by pulling out the seed stick or uncovering the tape in order to increase oxidation and accelerate mycelium growth. After 21 days, bamboo cuttings were used to increase oxygen and 4 squint eyes were pierced around the expanded hyphae. The bag temperature should be controlled at 20-24 ℃, not higher than 26 ℃. After 50 days, the shade of doors and windows should be removed to promote the mycelium to mature and grow healthily.

Discoloration of bacterial bag

To master the management of the color conversion period, because the color change sooner or later and good or bad, related to the mushroom sooner or later and the level of yield. After the mycelium matured, it changed from white to reddish brown, and yellow water droplets appeared, followed by the primordium of Lentinus edodes. Therefore, during the color conversion period, it is necessary to increase indoor astigmatism, strengthen ventilation, open the cover when the film is needed, enlarge the dry humidity and temperature distance, form a dry and wet environment, and promote color conversion, the purpose is to make the gas mycelium lodging, secrete pigment, and form a layer of reddish brown and glossy bacterial film, that is, the color conversion is successful.

Outdoor mushroom stimulation

Lentinus edodes is a kind of fruiting mushroom with low temperature and variable temperature. When the bacterial bag changes color, move the bacterial bag outside and put it in a shady place, cover it with a wheat straw mat up and down, wet it with water, cover the film at night, uncover the film during the day, cover it repeatedly for 4 or 5 days, and cover the film to stimulate mushroom, in order to enlarge the temperature difference between day and night in the culture field, and reduce ventilation to promote the formation of primordium.

Mushroom production management

In autumn, the temperature decreased gradually from high to high, which coincided with the temperature requirements of Lentinus edodes growth and development, which was beneficial to the robust growth of mycelium. Pick the bag after 3 days, pick the mushroom bag once a day, and put it on the bed frame of the mushroom shed, the distance between the bag is 7cm and 10cm, until the mushroom is all over. After putting the bacterial bag into the bed frame, cut the film on the mushroom bud for 4 weeks with a sharp knife to squat the mushroom. General squatting mushroom period 7 to 10 days without film, when young mushrooms have peanut size, touch the top hand for solid, can be carried out to promote flowers. If loose, continue to squat mushrooms, pay attention to separate management of bacterial bags, and continue to squat mushrooms until they bear fruit.
