Biogas slurry is used as an additive to raise pigs, usually starting from 20 kilograms of pigs. At the beginning, the biogas slurry was added according to the ratio of feed to biogas slurry 10 / 10 / 0.5 / 1.0, then added at 5:1 a month later, and 4:1 or 3:1 for pigs over 50 kg. Stabilize when you reach the maximum allocation.

Adding method, you can first mix the feed with a certain amount of water, and then add biogas slurry to mix well. It can also be fed directly to pigs with biogas slurry.

Matters needing attention in raising pigs with biogas slurry:

1. When feeding pigs, biogas slurry must be taken from the outlet of the biogas digester where the gas is used in normal operation. Newly built ponds or large refueling ponds must be fed for one and a half months before they can be used, not dead animals and pesticides.

2. Measures should be taken to disinfect pigs before feeding biogas slurry.

3. Young pigs weighing less than 20 kg should not be fed with biogas slurry.

4. When taking biogas liquid, pay attention to spread the scum and scoop out the clear liquid.

5. Biogas slurry should not be excessive to avoid diarrhea.
