In indoor farming, its breeding facilities and conditions are also varied, and breeders can choose flexibly according to their own conditions and local conditions.

This method can make use of empty rooms or ancillary parts of the house, such as balconies, corridors, aisles, basements, vegetable cellars or the construction of semi-underground breeding sheds. Set up a breeding box and keep the snails in the box. One of the most common methods of raising snails in a feeding box.

The feeding box can be made of waste wood, old packing boxes, non-toxic plastic boards, bamboo and wicker, etc., but not materials containing aromatic substances, tannins, resin fluid and abnormal odors, nor materials contaminated by lead paints, bitumen, pesticides, chemical fertilizers, radioactive materials, etc. The size of the feeding box and the use of materials can be determined according to the feeding conditions. The specification of the general feeding box: it can be made into a wooden box with a length of 60 cm, a width of 40 cm, a height of 35 cm or a length of 75 cm, a width of 45 cm and a height of 35 cm. Ready-made wooden cases of different specifications can also be used, but the height of the wooden case had better not exceed 35cm. When the snail falls from the top or wall of the box, it is easy to break the shell. The light ones affect the growth, and the heavy ones will die. The lid of the box can be covered with plastic or wire window screen, which can not only prevent snails from escaping, but also easy to observe. The bottom area of the feeding box should not exceed 1 square meter, so as to facilitate movement and management. When the feeding specification is larger, the feeding box can be placed on the shelf to overlap, so that the space can be fully utilized to form a three-dimensional feeding.

The aperture of the box cover net of snail breeding boxes is generally 10 Murray 15 mm, which can prevent 50 Murray 70 snails waiting to lay eggs. The hole diameter of the snail box cover net is 8murmur10mm, and it can be placed into 100 molluscs of 150 snails. The hole diameter of the young snail box cover net is 2murmur3mm, which can hold 300 Murray 500 hatched young snails. The size of the mesh in the snail breeding box depends on the size of the snail's eggs, and it should be based on the principle that the eggs will not be left out, as is the case with the young snail box.

Several gaps can be left on the wall of the feeding box, or a movable screen door can be made to facilitate observation, feeding and cleaning. The bottom of the box can be covered with a layer of small gravel or pebbles to facilitate drainage, and then a layer of 8murmur10cm humus and sand mixed with sandy loam, or some earthworms can be mixed with it. Farmers in some places have also achieved certain results by laying foam at the bottom of the box, which has the advantage of being easy to clean feces and food residues, but it has a certain hindrance and influence on snail spawning, and the cost is high, so most of them do not use it.

In order to make full use of the site, the feeding boxes can be overlapped for three-dimensional feeding. In three-dimensional feeding, the level of the overlapping feeding box is high for operation. If raised on a large scale indoors, it can be designed as a production unit of 50 murmur300 square wood, with shelves made of angle steel or other materials on both sides. The bottom of the shelf is cement board or turntable. Drainage ditches can be set up on the platform, and there is a sidewalk in the middle of the two shelves, which is easy to operate and manage. Each layer of the shelf is 30mm apart, 35cm wide and 40cm wide, and the trough of each feeding box protrudes just 10cm from the shelf. The shelf can be divided into five layers, each of which can hold 200 feeding boxes.
