Housefly is a kind of tiresome sanitary pest, but it can be used as high quality animal protein feed by breeding maggots under certain conditions and artificial control. it can effectively alleviate the shortage of protein feed and the pollution of livestock and poultry manure, which not only can use livestock and poultry manure to produce high-quality animal protein feed, but also can turn livestock and poultry manure into high-quality organic fertilizer after biological treatment by fly maggots.

1. The improved breeds are used for artificial breeding and use the oriental subspecies. The primary source of artificial breeding is mainly the collection of pupae. The collected pupae are directly put into the feed of human flies, and the emergence begins in about 3-4 days. From the fifth day, adult flies begin to lay eggs in plastic boxes. At this time, the general housefly spawning time is 8: 14 every day, so it is necessary to master the law of spawning and collect eggs in time. In the work of breeding maggots, breeding flies can lay eggs 5 or 6 times in a lifetime and begin to age at about 7 or 10 years old. At this time, the fly cage can be treated with boiling water to kill all the aging flies, and then install a new species of human flies.

two。 Nutrition and feed (1) the feed ingredients of species flies are as follows: 5 grams of milk powder and 5 grams of sugar for every 10,000 flies. Boil with an appropriate amount of water, cool and put into a small basin, in which a few pieces of rice straw are put into a deep basin or bowl filled with 70% water content of wheat bran or rice bran, which is placed in a cage for breeding flies to lay eggs under the condition of 24 ℃. Each female fly lays about 100 eggs at a time, and the eggs are taken out of the cage every day and hatched on maggot material.

(2) fly feed: you can use saccharified starch, generally use 12% flour, add 80% water, mix and cook into a paste, place it to dry, add 8% saccharification koji, put it in a 60 ℃ thermostat, saccharify for 8 hours, and then add 1% blood powder and fly maggot powder or yellow powder.

Housefly larvae can use all kinds of organic matter, and the maggot feed with the ratio of chicken manure to pig manure at 1:2 is the best. Generally, the thickness of the material is about 7 / 10 cm, and the relative humidity is about 70% / 80%. Under the condition of 18 / 33 ℃, the larvae can be hatched after 3 / 32 hours, and the larvae can be harvested after feeding on maggots for 4-5 days before pupation. The combination of yellow powder insect (insect dung sand) and housefly can deal with and transform crop straw resources with high efficiency.

3. Utensils and facilities (1) extensive farming on flat land, mixing fermented chicken manure, pig manure or scraps of food factory (such as lees, soy sauce dregs, vinegar dregs, etc.) and leftovers from slaughterhouses, spreading them flat on the ground to attract flies from nature to lay eggs on them. Generally, 200 grams and 250 grams of fly maggots can be harvested within 7 days per kilogram.

The key to adopting this method is to harvest fly maggots in time, use the harvested maggots in time, feed frogs such as bullfrog, forest frog, fish, etc., or put them into the sieve together with maggot culture material and hang the sieve on the container, or hang it at 30 cm above the water surface of places such as frog ponds, and make use of the light protection and borer properties of fly maggots to drill out of the sieve hole and fall into the container or on the bait plate, which can be used as live bait.

(2) caged. Make several fly cages of 60 cm in length, 40 cm in width and 40 cm in height, surrounded by nylon window screens, with a round hole of 20 cm in diameter on one side of the cage, with an empty cloth tube at both ends and sewn on the edge of the hole at one end for adding culture materials. About 10,000 breeding flies can be raised in each cage.

(3) House maintenance. Maggots are raised in houses or greenhouses. The output is high and the benefit is fast. The breeding room is generally a bungalow with an area of 15 to 20 square meters, with iron screen and glass windows installed on the windows and exhaust fans installed on the windows. There is a heating fire wall or stove in the room to keep the temperature between 25 and 30 ℃, the air relative humidity is adjusted to about 70%, and the door is equipped with iron screen and covered with black cloth curtain to prevent flies from escaping. A multi-layer three-dimensional frame is placed indoors, and several 30cm, 40cm and 60cm plastic boxes are placed on the shelf, in which feed is put for flies to feed and spawn flies to breed, and the saccharified feed is directly put into the plastic box to introduce seed flies and collect egg-breeding maggots. If maggots are produced in winter and autumn, indoor maggots are generally used, and outdoor maggots are mostly used in summer.

When breeding maggots indoors, heat preservation, humidification and ventilation facilities are first built in the house, and then a number of cement ponds are built. The general pool requires an area of 2 square meters and a depth of 20 centimeters, on which the lid is made of window screens. The temperature should be adjusted to about 25 ℃. Then, add 80% water to livestock and poultry manure: pile it up and cover it with plastic film for retting and fermentation for more than 48 hours before using it, adjust the PH value of the feed to 6.5 to 7.0, put it into the pond at the amount of 40 to 50 kilograms per square meter, spread the collected eggs evenly on it, hatch maggots after 8 to 12 hours, and collect and use the maggots after 4 to 5 years.

Outdoor maggot breeding is during the maggot growing season, after building a cement pool outdoors, the eggs are moved into the pool to hatch into maggots. In general, the thickness of feed laying in the pool is about 10 cm, pay attention to cover Rain Water in the rainy season, so as not to escape from the pan pool. (4) the combination of greenhouse and natural pool. First of all, the cement ground will be built, 1.5 to 2.0 meters long and 1.0 to 1.2 meters wide, with an interval of 0.5 meters in the middle. The screen will be supported by bamboo poles or steel bars on the outside to make a feeding pond. According to the specific conditions, determine the number of breeding ponds. Then, a plastic greenhouse is built on the outermost, which forms a feeding mode of the combination of greenhouse and natural pool.
