Cultivation techniques of blueberry

Soil improvement: soil organic matter content and pH value are important factors for the survival of blueberry cultivation. Soil with 5% organic matter and a pH value of 4.0-5.5 is generally required, and vice versa. When the content of organic matter is less than 5%, the river sand or sawdust, peat and rotten bark are mixed into the soil before planting. When the soil pH value (> 5.5) or the calcium content is too high, it is necessary to reduce the pH value. A large number of studies have shown that sulfur application is an effective measure to reduce soil pH value. At present, sulfur powder is often used to lower the pH value at home and abroad. The specific amount of sulfur application should be determined according to different soil conditions and pH value. Soil pH value is too low (
