I. Adult culture of Pseudosciaena Crocea

At present, there are two modes of adult culture of Pseudosciaena Crocea: cage and soil pond, both of which have achieved obvious results and good economic benefits.

(1). Adult culture of large yellow croaker in cage

1. Settings and specifications of cages

The cage setting in the cultivation stage of Pseudosciaena Crocea is basically the same as that in the fingerling cultivation stage, except that the specifications and mesh size of the cage change with the growth of the fish species. The depth of the cage is generally between 3.5m and 4.0m, and the mesh size is between 20 and 60mm. In order to avoid the abrasion of the fish, the net clothing material chooses the nodular mesh with softer texture and good strength.

2. Stocking of fish species

The free-range fish should choose the body shape is equal, the physique is strong, the body surface scale is intact, free from disease and injury. The color regulation of stocking in the same cage requires neatness and consistency. If it is planned to reach more than 400g in that year, the size of the released fish species should be about 100g.

(2) Transportation of fish species

The transportation methods of fish species include live water boat, water truck, fish basket, water tank, plastic bag oxygenation and so on. As a productive batch long-distance transport, live water ship transport is better. It is better to transport fish species in the late autumn when the water temperature drops to 18-16 ℃, or in the spring when the water temperature rises to more than 13 ℃. Fish species shall not be shipped during the onset of the disease or after satiety. Live water ship transportation should be carried out in a warm and windy atmosphere. The reference density of the fish species transported by the rear water vessel for more than 24 hours is 500 fish / m3 (specification 75g), that is, about 40kg/m3, and the density transported by other water bodies is much smaller than that mentioned above.

(3) stocking of fish species

In the cage of the torrent sea area, the stocking of fish species should be selected during the neap tide. After the fish is transported to the cage area, the fish can be soaked and sterilized with a high concentration of antibiotics and an appropriate amount of fresh water solution of formalin, combined with the time gap between fishing the fish in buckets and pouring into the cage. If the fish species are transported in a closed water body, the sudden change of specific gravity and water temperature should be avoided when weighing into the box. The method of adding seawater from the door and box area to the transport water body can be used for a short transition treatment. The stocking density of fish species is determined according to the smooth flow of water in the cage and the specifications of fish species. The reference density of 75g is about 25 tails / m3, and the uterine degree before harvest is 12-14 tails / m3, that is, 6-7kg/m3.
