This year, with the rising cost of raw materials and increasingly fierce market competition, profits have fallen even more sharply, and many trough companies are also secretly complaining. There are also some problems in the teaching trough material market, such as the big difference in product quality, the lag of relevant marketing services, and the lack of performance-to-price ratio, which is worthy of vigilance. First, there is still a 10-year period of rapid development, the development of teaching trough materials is closely related to the scale of the pig industry. Due to the large investment of large-scale pig farms, early weaning of piglets is needed in order to improve the efficiency of pig raising, which is technically faced with a problem-weaning stress. There are two requirements to solve weaning stress: first, the weaning adaptability of piglets should be cultivated before weaning. The earliest experiments have proved that piglets can quickly adapt to artificial feed when the total feed intake reaches 800g before weaning; second, according to the digestive characteristics of piglets, protein raw materials and energy raw materials with high digestibility are needed after weaning. Teaching trough materials were first introduced from abroad, and as for the specific time, it is estimated that it was in the late 1980s, when Guangming Farm and Guang Sanbao pig farms were already in use. Before 2000, retail bulk farming was the most important breeding mode in China, the large-scale development of live pigs was very slow, and the promotion of trough materials was not smooth. Until 2002, with the acceleration of the large-scale development of the pig industry, the teaching trough material market also entered a period of rapid growth. In the next 10 years, a number of professional trough material enterprises seized the market opportunity and grew up rapidly, such as Jin Xinnong, Yingwei, Anyou, Guangxi Guilong and so on. In contrast, the development of some foreign brands, such as Prina and Belgian Dikeville, has slowed down. Although teaching trough materials have been introduced into our country for more than ten years, the vast majority of farmers have not really accepted "teaching trough materials". According to the 700 million live pigs produced in China last year, the theoretical demand for a pig using teaching material is 2.5kg, while the actual sales of teaching material last year is less than 300000 tons, and the overall market coverage is less than 20%. Correspondingly, European trough materials are already a necessity, with a coverage of at least 90%. As a relatively developed place in domestic large-scale aquaculture, only 50% of the farmers in our province are using it (70% of the teaching materials in the country are consumed). Some industry insiders assert that the teaching trough material market still has at least 10 years of rapid development. There are three detailed reasons: first, the problem of piglet diarrhea is relatively serious this year, showing a higher morbidity and mortality, which has caused greater economic losses to pig farmers. In order to raise pigs well, some farmers who did not need to teach trough materials will pay more attention to pre-investment and become new users of teaching trough materials enterprises. Second, piglets should be fed with teaching trough feed for at least two weeks after weaning, with an average daily feed intake of 300g, and piglets should eat at least 4-5kg trough feed, but the current feeding cycle is only 5-7 days, and the feeding amount is mostly about 2kg. If farmers deepen their understanding of teaching materials, then their demand will increase. Third, the pig industry has encountered increasingly serious environmental problems, operating costs have been rising, efficient farming will become the mainstream of the industry. Efficient pig raising must use teaching trough material, which is adapted to the requirements of the development of this era. Perhaps, it is precisely because of confidence in the development of teaching materials, some enterprises have made it clear that they will increase investment in teaching materials. For example, in the next 2-3 years, Jin Xinnong will take the teaching trough material as the core and strive to reach 100000 tons. Dabei Nong is also preparing to set up a production line with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of teaching materials. Moreover, in order to drive the follow-up products into large-scale pig farms, some large feed enterprise groups also intend to set foot in the teaching trough market. This can't help but make people worry about the market competition of teaching materials in the future, but Chairman Chen Junhai of Jin Xinnong believes that in the future teaching materials market must still be done by a small number of enterprises, and professional companies have more potential for development. Because the market of teaching material is only 8 billion at best, the market scale is too small, not to mention the production, raw material procurement, research and development of teaching material are very professional, if it is to be done well, it may cost a lot of money. By contrast, the entire pig feed market is at least 200 billion, and many big companies are actually targeting this area. |
