After detailed investigation, I found that the main reasons for the depression of the local sheep industry are poor mutton sheep breeds, backward farmers' breeding methods, low level of science and technology, and high cost. Finally, I decided to develop the mutton sheep industry, take the road of factory sheep breeding, and establish an organic food full-cycle industry chain that integrates breeding, feed processing, biogas power generation, organic fertilizer production, slaughtering, logistics and distribution.

Science and technology to raise sheep, we soon ate sweetness. According to the traditional breeding method, 4000 rams are needed in one estrus for 30, 000 basic ewes in Bamei breeding base. Now, by using the techniques of simultaneous estrus and artificial insemination, 400 rams can be saved and the cost can be directly reduced by 5 million yuan. In order to solve the feed problem of large-scale breeding, I presided over the research and development of the feed processing technology of mutton sheep total mixed diet (TMR), which realized "double section and double increase": saving land resources, breeding cost, increasing animal nutrition and investor benefit. The weight of each sheep has increased from 36 jin to 45 jin, saving cost and increasing efficiency by 550 yuan, and the profit is more than twice that of ordinary farmers.

In addition, we also implement biogas power generation and bio-organic fertilizer processing projects. It not only solves the fertilizer problem of organic agricultural products, but also protects the ecological environment and increases the income of enterprises.

Another good news is that the innovative research and development of Bamei mutton sheep breeds undertaken by us in cooperation with the Animal Research Center of Inner Mongolia University has passed the national acceptance.

At present, Inner Mongolia University and other institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions are very optimistic about the development prospects of our Bamei mutton sheep breeding and development base, and have come to discuss the establishment of joint school-running and educational practice bases.
