Three ways to grow snails

1. Open air cultivation method

The open-air farming method can use farmland for breeding. After ploughing, the soil will be fine, broad-leaved trees will be planted around the field to shade the sun, and nets will be used around to prevent snails from escaping. Can also use the roof of the flat-roofed house for breeding, in the roof pad more than 10 cm thick loose soil, around a few grapes and set up shade, the same around the net stop. The advantages of open-air culture are fresh air, good humidity, fast snail growth and light disease. It should be noted that water should be sprinkled in time to keep the soil moist during drought; timely drainage should be carried out for a long time; prevention of natural enemies and livestock violations, and attention should be paid to raising big cats at home.

II. Indoor culture method

Indoor culture method can be divided into plane culture and three-dimensional culture two kinds. 1. Plane culture: bricks are built indoors with squares about 25 cm high and 2~3 square meters in size, and pine trees more than 10 cm thick are placed in the squares. (2) Three-dimensional cultivation: first make wooden boxes (box height is about 25 cm, length depends on needs) and shelves, pad loose soil more than 10 cm thick in the box, and then put the box layer by layer on the shelf. This breeding method is simple, easy to operate, less investment and safe. Attention should be paid to: open the doors and windows every day for ventilation; adjust the temperature and soil humidity; keep the soil clean and indoor hygiene; cover the box with a breathable net to prevent snails from escaping.

Third, plastic greenhouse breeding method

Select a vacant lot with a length of 30 meters and a width of 6 meters, plough it once first, build a wall with a height of 30 centimeters around it, build a plastic greenhouse, open the door from front to back, and level the ploughed soil in the shed before breeding. The advantage of plastic greenhouse farming method is to facilitate the adjustment of temperature and prevent natural enemies. However, it should be noted that in high temperature seasons, shade facilities should be added to keep the soil moist and the air convected properly.
