Can I eat Chinese yam sprouting?

Long-term preservation method of Chinese yam
1. Room temperature ventilation and preservation method: if the ventilation facilities at home are good, you can store them in a ventilated place at room temperature. 4. Yam and cucumbers, pumpkins, carrots and bamboo melons. Cucumbers, pumpkins, carrots and bamboo melons all contain vitamin c decomposing enzymes. If yams are eaten together, vitamin c is broken down and destroyed.
5. Yam and seafood. In general, seafood (including fish, shrimp and algae) contains rich protein in addition to minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus and iodine, while fruits such as Hawthorn and pomegranate contain tannic acid, which can converge if mixed food can synthesize tannin protein.
