In early 2016, 31 regiments' policy of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation" was launched, which is bringing hope to Deng Yunfu, who is short of funds to expand the scale of breeding. So with the strong support of the party committee of the regiment, the 31st regiment set aside a piece of land in the ecological breeding area and allowed Deng Yunfu to set up a chicken farm free of charge. Deng Yunfu in the case of self-raised funds of 1.6 million yuan, the regiment farm to provide him with a small discount loan of 2 million yuan, in a timely manner to solve his funding gap for the construction of chicken farms.

Before the construction of chicken farms, Deng Yunfu went back to the mainland to inspect many advanced chicken farms and learned a lot of advanced farming techniques and management concepts in the mainland. After hearing the intention, he told the author: "this chicken farm covers an area of 13 mu and has a stock of 52000 layers, which is completely built in accordance with the requirements of the standard automatic chicken farm." While showing everyone the various automation facilities of the farm, he explained to everyone. The chicken farm adopts the mode of layer feeding while building, and realizes "one-stop" automatic operation from feed addition, egg picking, fecal collection, air exchange and so on.
