Compared with ordinary peaches, the characteristics of peaches are more unique, the peaches grown in the natural state are large, the fruit shape is positive, the color is fresh and ruddy, the appearance is smooth and delicate, the taste is sour and sweet, the bite is crisp, pure, fragrant and honey, and the pulp is sweet, less fiber, fine texture, rich fruit juice and high fructose content. Peaches are not only sweet, but also have a very wonderful and unique taste, which is the most unique feature of peaches. After introduction, the substances of fruit flavor mainly include esters, alcohols, aldehydes, terpenes and volatile phenols. Why are Liu Yuanqiang's peaches so expensive? Liu Yuanqiang said that because he adopted the "ancient method of planting", to put it simply, he never applied medicine and fertilized fertilizer. First of all, they strictly limit the distance and the fruit. "ordinary peach orchards have to plant up to 200 peach trees per mu, while we have an average of only 31 per mu, ensuring that each peach tree has sufficient nutrients from the soil." Liu Yuanqiang said.

Second, they strictly control production. "every peach tree has a single branch and a single fruit. A 5-year-old nectarine can normally bear about 2800 peaches, but after five times of manual screening, we finally keep only 100. it is also to ensure that each peach has sufficient nutrients. " Liu Yuanqiang said.

In addition, they do not apply chemical fertilizer, only the last month fertilizer after the peach tree has finished fruiting, using their own fermented natural soybean meal. "We don't use herbicides to weed. Although the weeds in the mountains are very lush, we still insist on manual weeding.
