Raising pigs with biogas slurry is a technical measure to promote the growth of pigs by using biogas slurry as an additive under the condition of routine feeding. Fast growth and high feed conversion rate, and reduce feed consumption, thus opening up a new source of feed, is a safe use technology, welcomed by the majority of pig farmers in rural areas.

The advantages of raising pigs with biogas slurry

Add biogas slurry to feed, pig appetite is exuberant, fur glossy, not sick or less sick, at the same time save feed, gain weight quickly. Raising pigs with biogas slurry is safe and reliable, easy for farmers to master, and high economic benefits. The daily gain of pigs fed with biogas slurry was 0.38 kilograms and 0.53 kilograms, while that of pigs fed with biogas slurry was 0.5 kilograms and 0.7 kilograms, which could be released 1-2 months ahead of schedule. The feed-to-meat ratio of pigs fed with biogas slurry was 3.02 / 412 / 1, and a pig with the same body weight (such as 100 kg) was fed with biogas slurry. Each pig fed with biogas slurry could save more than 80 kg of concentrate feed than those without biogas slurry.

According to the inspection and identification of the pork quality of biogas slurry by the Food quality testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, the pig raised with biogas slurry is safe and reliable. Before slaughtering, the pig's body temperature, spirit, appearance and posture are normal. After slaughtering, the color, hardness, size and elasticity of all tissues and organs are not abnormal, there are no toxic substances, metal residues, infectious or parasitic diseases, muscle is plump, meat quality is the same as ordinary feeding, and there is no peculiar smell. All the inspection indicators are in line with the standards issued by the Ministry.

Specific methods of raising pigs with biogas slurry

The main results are as follows: 1. The method of raising pigs with biogas slurry as an additive is very simple. When raising pigs, use a dung spoon or other container to take an appropriate amount of biogas liquid from the outlet of the biogas digester and put it into the feed to stir. After mixing the feed, it can be placed for 5 minutes in summer, 10 minutes in spring and 15 minutes in winter. The main purpose is to let the biogas slurry permeate into the feed and, on the other hand, to volatilize its ammonia smell. When adding biogas slurry at the beginning, if the pig does not adapt to the stench of biogas slurry, a small amount of biogas slurry can be added to the feed, and the amount of biogas slurry can be increased appropriately after adaptation.

2. Due to the different growth and development stages of pigs, their body weight, food intake and feeding habits are different. Therefore, the amount of biogas slurry should also be made by pigs and should not be the same. It is generally divided into three stages: first, the piglet stage (weighing less than 25kg). It is generally not suitable to add biogas slurry to piglets at this stage, even if it is necessary to add a small amount. The second is the shelf pig stage (weight 25mura 50kg). At this stage, the bones of pigs developed rapidly, and the mass increased, and biogas slurry was added, each time was about 0.5 kg, 3 times a day. If a small amount of bone and fish meal were added to the feed, the weight gain effect was more significant. The third is the fattening stage (50ml 100kg). At this stage, pigs are developed in an all-round way, with large food intake and rapid weight gain, so the amount of biogas slurry should be increased to about 1 kg at a time. Three times a day. When the body weight of pigs reaches more than 100 kg, although biogas slurry feed can be added, the weight gain rate slows down. When the weight is more than 120 kg, the weight gain rate is not much different from that of daily feeding. If you don't go out for a long time, you can stop adding biogas slurry.

Mix the feed with biogas slurry until half dry and half wet. If the amount of biogas slurry is not enough, you can add clean water. The standard of feed is that there is no leftover after eating pigs. Each time the amount of biogas slurry additives should be controlled according to the concentration of biogas slurry, and those with high concentration can be added less. Never add more when the pig likes it very much, and add less or even not when you don't like it, which will disrupt the pig's taste adaptability and is very disadvantageous to the pig's growth.

Matters needing attention in raising pigs with biogas slurry

1. It is strictly forbidden to raise pigs by using biogas slurry from normal fermented biogas, biogas digesters that do not produce gas or sick digesters and biogas digesters with toxic substances.

2. The biogas digester for new construction or large refueling must be fed and used normally for one month before biogas slurry can be used, otherwise, it can not be used because of high acidity or crude fiber, crude protein is not fully decomposed and pathogenic factors are not fully killed.

3. When taking biogas liquid from the outlet of biogas digester, the scum should be put aside and the middle clear liquid should be scooped out. Raise pigs according to the required time, can not be kept for too long.

4. The pH value of biogas slurry should be neutral, that is, the pH value is between 6.5 and 7.5.

5. Biogas slurry is only an additive and can not replace the basic raw materials. The effect of additives can be reflected only on the basis of meeting the feed needed for pig growth, so biogas slurry should be added as required.

6. Deworming measures should be taken to remove the intestinal parasites of pigs, and then raise pigs with biogas slurry.

7. when starting to add biogas slurry to raise pigs, it is necessary to observe the dynamic behavior of pigs and pay special attention to the shape of feces. If it is found that pigs have diarrhea or feces are in the shape of a cake, the amount of biogas slurry should be reduced appropriately, and biogas slurry should be added after the symptoms disappear.

8. After weaning, sows should reduce the amount of biogas slurry feeding or suspend use, so as not to affect estrus and reduce the conception rate.

9. New materials should be put into the biogas digester regularly to improve the organic composition of the biogas digester. Pesticides and animal carcasses poisoned by pesticides cannot be put into the biogas digester.
