Gastroenteritis is a severe inflammatory process of gastrointestinal surface mucosa and its deep tissue. As the anatomical structure and physiological function of stomach and intestine are closely related, the organic injury and dysfunction of stomach or intestine are easy to affect each other. Therefore, the inflammation of stomach and intestine often occurs at the same time or one after another.
