Pig manure contains parasitic eggs and some toxic substances and germs, so we cannot feed fish directly with pig manure, but must be treated with professional fish feed starter in order to become non-toxic and nutritious fish feed. Fermented pig manure not only saves fish feed, but also raises water quality at the same time. Let's take a look at pig dung fish culture technology.

Fish Culture Technology of Pig manure

1. Application method: after the fishing pond is cleaned, 250,300kg of pig manure per mu of water is applied, topdressing once every 10 days or so, and 50kg of pig manure is applied each time. The specific amount of application should be determined according to the color of the water.

2. Fermentation method: fresh pig manure is dried and crushed and mixed with 10% wheat bran and water. It is appropriate for pig manure to hold water in the fingers without dripping, then put it into a cement pool and press it layer by layer. After filling it, the upper mouth is sealed with plastic sheeting and fermented at 20: 30 ℃ for 3 days. Fermented pig manure can be fed directly to the fish, or 28% bran and 12% peanut cake can be added to make balls, which are fed regularly at 8 am, 12:00 and 5 pm every day, with a daily feeding amount of 40.6% of the fish's body weight.

3. Drying method: pig manure is dried or air-dried and crushed and processed into pellet feed according to the proportion of 54% dried pig manure, 10% bean cake, 30% bran, 4% fish meal, 2% salt and additives. This method is suitable for feeding grass carp and mixed ponds with silver carp and bighead carp.

Fermentation method of pig manure

1, material ratio: 1.5T pig manure (about 2.5t fresh manure) plus 1kg Gymboree fertilizer starter, the starter should be mixed with rice bran (or wheat bran, cornmeal and other substitutes) at 1:5, then evenly sprinkled into the pig manure pile, mix well. It is best to add straw or mushroom residue to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio.

2. Material construction: when doing the heap, you can not do too small and too low, too small will affect the fermentation, the heap fermentation effect is better when the height is 1.5-2m, the width is 2m, and the length is more than 2m.

3, temperature requirements: the start-up temperature should be above 15 ℃, work in four seasons, not affected by seasons, and ferment indoors or in the greenhouse as far as possible in winter.

4, moisture requirements: the moisture of fermentation materials should be controlled at about 65%, too high and too low are not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation, too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow heating and bad smell. Too high moisture can add straw, sawdust, mushroom residue, dry soil powder and so on. Hold on to a handful of material, and if you see the watermark between your fingers without dripping, it is appropriate to fall to the ground and disperse.

5. Turn over aeration: pay attention to proper oxygen supply and pile turning in the fermentation process, turn over several times when the temperature rises to 75 ℃ or above, and the temperature is controlled at about 65 ℃. Too high temperature has an effect on nutrients.

6. Fermentation cycle: generally, the fermentation can be completed within a week, the material is dark brown, and the temperature begins to drop to normal temperature, indicating that the fermentation is complete. If sawdust, sawdust and rice husk excipients are too much, the fermentation time should be prolonged and should be fully ripened.

Advantages of pig manure fish culture

The main results are as follows: 1. Pig manure fish feed made by pig manure starter can promote the rapid and healthy growth of fish, shorten the culture cycle, high feed reward and low culture cost.

2. The stability of pig manure feed in water is moderate, which is convenient for fish feeding, feed waste and less pollution to water quality, and reduce the occurrence of fish disease.

3. The fermented pig manure feed has better palatability, is easy to be digested and absorbed, and the harmful substances in the raw materials are fully killed and inactivated.

4. The residual bacterial protein and functional bacteria metabolites in pig manure fermented feed can promote the fish to grow fast, be strong, have strong disease resistance and improve the survival rate.

5. The performance-to-price ratio of fermented pig manure for fish feed is reasonable, and the ratio of output to input is high.

6. The microorganisms contained in pig manure starter are all beneficial bacteria. once the remaining functional bacteria in fermented pig manure feed enter the water body, they will multiply in large numbers and quickly decompose organic matter such as excreta, residual feed and animal and plant remains of farmed animals. effectively reduce the concentration of harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in water, purify and improve water quality, and maintain the ecological balance of water environment.
