In the early stage of the disease, diseased fish will rub hard objects with their bodies, hoping to remove unpleasant pathogens from the body. If not treated immediately, the diseased fish will quickly suffer serious damage and die.

How to treat goldfish with white spots?

1. Raise the water temperature to 28 degrees. After a few days, the cysts of melons and insects will gradually break and fall off. When you change new water and keep the water temperature constant, the basic skills of diseased fish will be cured.

2. Choose 0.05 to 0.07% red mercury solution, water bath sick fish for 5 minutes, or drop red mercury solution 3 drops into an aquarium of 100 cm, 50 cm, 45 cm, lasting 2 days, and the effect is good.

3. It is effective to drop several drops of diluted mercurous nitrate solution into 10 kg water and water bath diseased fish for 5 minutes or 125 kg water. Mercurous nitrate because of strong medicine, should pay attention to one-time use, if repeated use, will cause fish fin rot.

4. Put furacilin powder the size of soybean grains in an aquarium with a dissolved water of 50 kg and sprinkle it in the water after dilution. The medicine bath of sick fish also has a certain effect.

Prevention of white spot disease of goldfish

1. When changing water, attention should be paid to the excessive temperature difference, causing the fish to catch a cold and allowing diseases and insects to invade the fish.

2. Make full use of the weakness that the melon worm can die on its own if the host can not be found after 24 hours. The water for raising goldfish should be used after exposure or standing for 2 or 3 days. This is one of the best ways to prevent melon disease.

3. Sprinkle the whole pool with 0.05g / m3 of water in the proportion of 0.1g of mercurous nitrate per cubic meter of water, or when the water temperature is below 15 ℃, put 0.01g of mercurous nitrate into 50kg of water, wash the diseased fish for about 0.5 hours, then wash it with isothermal new water, put it back into the sterilized new pool, add a little green water and rest. However, it should be noted that mercurous nitrate is toxic and should be used with caution. In particular, the resistance of small fish to medicine solution is weaker than that of big goldfish, so the concentration of medicine solution should be reduced appropriately, and the washing time should be shortened appropriately.

4. Put human red mercury 0.5 ml in 10 kg of water and wash the diseased fish for 5 minutes. If it is a good color, you can directly use red mercury to wipe the local or whole body. After washing with fresh water, and then feeding in clean new water, you can also sprinkle 3ml red mercury according to 1 cubic meter of water to make the concentration of pool water 315mg / L. After 2-3 days, depending on the condition of the disease, the above-mentioned bath method can be used for one time, and then fed with clean new water, at the same time, the sunshine time can be prolonged, and the satisfactory effect can be obtained by properly raising water temperature, stopping eating and increasing oxygen.

5. According to the characteristics of small melon insects that are not resistant to high temperature, put them in the sun. When the water temperature is raised to 30 ℃, rub red mercury on the whole body of the fish, then wash them with fresh water, raise them in clean, tender green water, stop eating and sun for a week, and then change new water to recover.

6. In the water temperature range of 20-26 ℃, bathing sick fish with 0.3g or 0.4g malachite green solution for 2 hours can kill melons and insects and is safe for goldfish.
