Time passed quickly. The last time the foliage babies in the small succulent garden grew up, I bought a batch of new leaves and planted them again to strengthen my succulent team and slowly turn my home into a real small succulent garden.

Many flower friends have read my last article that leafy succulent plants are time-consuming, laborious and slow to take effect, and some flower friends in the meat group directly say that leafy succulent plants are very chicken ribs, which is tantamount to futility.

At first, I didn't understand why some people thought so, because my leafy meat grew very well, and then more and more flower friends began to complain that their succulent plants grew slowly after they sprouted, and some stiff seedlings didn't grow at all. They were a little big for a few months, so they gave up the leaf cuttings because they had no hope and no room for placement.

It turns out that many people have always thought that succulent plants should be watered less, because succulent plants do not like water, and they have also brought this concept to the maintenance of leaf seedlings, so although leaf seedlings have sprouted and rooted, they have been in a "half-dead" state and ended up dry to death.

In fact, we all know that succulent plants are drought-tolerant plants, but this does not mean that they do not like water, water is the source of life, how can they grow up without water? Proper water control can make succulent plants rich and colorful in color and simple and lovely in shape, but this is also accompanied by a problem, that is, growing slowly.

Succulent watering is a process of gradual reduction from small to large. Young seedlings like water, especially those with leaves, which can almost always keep the basin soil moist when the ventilation is good and the temperature is right. With the growth of leaf cuttings, the frequency and amount of watering can be reduced. Therefore, your leaf cuttings have not grown up, which should be the problem that you do not dare to water!

Go back and pour a little more water on your leaves, and you will find that the surprise is coming.
