In garden application, reasonable cultivation should be adopted according to the suitable environment of various places. If the new leaves are red or yellow in spring, they should generally be planted in shady, moist and fertile places to avoid direct sunlight and shrinking leaves, while those with red leaves in autumn should have sufficient sunshine. Grow well in plenty of sunlight, suitable for full shade and wet to dry, well-drained soil. The pH value of soil is required to be less than 7.0 acidity. Clay and acid soils can be tolerated.
