Dibao ranked first in residential land price in North City.
The evaluation of the present value of land announced in Taipei City in 103 has been completed. The land price of residential areas in Taipei is still ranked first by Hongsheng Dibao, while the area around Huangxiang Imperial Palace has jumped from fifth to second place last year.
The Taipei Municipal Bureau of Lands said today that the present value of land announced in 1993 was completed by the Evaluation Committee of Land Price and Standard Land Price, and is scheduled to be announced on January 1 next year, with an average increase of 13.23%. From September 2, 101 to September 1, 102, the total number of sales and sales registration cases in the city totaled 30, 8471, compared with the same period last year, there was only 56 (about 0.15%) gap, and the real estate transaction volume was almost the same.
The top five land prices of residential areas in Taipei for 103 years are Hongsheng Dibao, Huangxiang Imperial Palace, Xinyi Lianqin Project, Yuanda Yipinyuan and Dunnan Garden, and so on.
Among them, the current value of NT $870000 2000 per square meter (NT $2.88 million 2645 per ping) in 103 years and NT $690000 5000 per square meter (NT $2.29 million 7521 per ping) in 102 years is the highest in Daan District and Hongsheng Dibao area.
As for Section 59-4 of Xinyi District and the area of Huangxiang Imperial Palace, it ranked fifth last year and jumped to second place this year, with a present value of 690000 9000 yuan per square metre (2.31 million 6000 yuan per square metre in 103 years) and 460000 6000 yuan per square metre in 102 years (1.54 million yuan per square metre).
In addition, the top five land prices in Taipei's business district in 1993 were Taipei 101st Building, Xinguang skyscraper, BELLAVITA Polaroid Plaza, Yuanxiong Financial Center and Unification International Building. 101st Building also beat Xinguang Building and ascended the throne of Taipei for the first time.
The Lands Bureau said that the fourth member of the list, Section 56-12 of Xinyi District and Yuanxiong Financial Center, was 1.35 million 1000 yuan per square meter (4.46 million 6116 yuan per square metre) and 1.19 million 9000 yuan per square meter in 102 years (3.96 million 3636 yuan per ping).
