In addition, the survey conducted a digital opportunity survey of people over the age of 50, and found that 43% had used the Internet, and Taipei had the highest Internet access rate; in the part of vehicles, the acceptance of smartphones between the ages of 50 and 69 was higher than that of tablets, and the opposite was true for people over 70.

The survey shows that for non-Internet people over the age of 50, "not knowing how to surf the Internet" is the main obstacle, followed by "no motivation to learn".
